Brianna and Kendra were just awesome. Our house is spotless and smells amazing, and man, it's nice to come home to a gorgeous home. 10/10, would hire them again. This was wonderful. Thanks guys!

Paid for move out service. 2 people 2 hours each and they maybe got bathroom and kitchen counter tops, both sinks, fridge (had nothing in it and wasn’t that dirty),shower doors and some of the tub done. Ran almost 300 bucks. It’s only a one bedroom apartment.

Did the windows myself.

Had my dog sitter go for 15 an hour who managed to do the floors, vent caps, and got the toilet and tub done in about 4 hours.

They didn’t do a bad job on what they did (except doing practically nothing on the tub because they don’t use “strong” products), they were communicative and polite. I’m just standing here wondering what exactly I paid for and how long / how much it would cost to clean a single bedroom apartment at that speed.

We had Molly Maid booked for a deep clean of our home. The ladies who came were very kind and did an amazing job in the bathrooms and kitchen. However, upon their departure I noticed several areas, like fans, baseboards, blinds, and shelves/doors were not cleaned/dusted. Customer support wouldn’t provide a partial refund, only a re-clean visit. Unfortunately, I’d already done the work after they left as the house was being shown for sale. We were also quoted $240-360 and ended up with a $414 invoice.

I have the best service! The girls both worked very hard and efficient! They were so sweet and even in the short amount of time of knowing them I would trust them to come back to clean even if I wasn’t home! Thank you so much and truly look forward to the next visit!

Awful experience! My SIL has some chronic health issues that include asthma and dust allergies. She hired Molly Maids and expressed numerous times that she needed a deep clean focusing on ensuring that all dust was cleaned out. A couple maids came to her apartment and did absolutely nothing for a couple hours before charging her and leaving. I am appalled on her behalf and shocked that Molly maids hasn’t taken responsibility and offered a free clean with new maids to fix this mistake. Shame on you Molly Maids!

Scheduled a move out clean, and had the worst experience. Our fridge door was broken and honestly felt like the maids tried to take the easy way out every chance they could. Waste of money, I do a better job myself.
