Molly Maids is thee BEST housekeeping service I have ever experienced! First, Arjun (the owner) demonstrates such professional warmth and exemplary customer care! The housekeepers are meticulous about ensuring that every part of my home is refreshed to perfection. They are always on time, very friendly, and they work diligently to ultimately produce a fresh smelling, squeaky clean home to be proud of. Thank you Nae Nae, Tanya, Tatiana, and the other wonderful ladies who service my home monthly. I am thoroughly blessed that Molly Maid is my housekeeping provider, and I look forward to doing business with them for decades to come. Thank you, Molly Maids!!

This was my second time with Molly Maid and I was very satisfied with their service. Everyone is friendly and helpful, smooth booking, multiple appt reminders, and they called me with ETA. Jesus and Christina did such a wonderful job cleaning and gave me helpful tips on how to clean. They finished within the time suggested and let me know their progress to keep me updated. Definitely will call them again for cleaning needs and refer to my friends.

Love the service I’m getting from Molly Maid. I was skeptical at first, but the initial consultation went great. Nancy explained their system and how well they train their staff. Jesus and Cristina came to clean and I had to have them come back again. Very nice, and thorough in their cleaning. I am very happy with their service.

Just had Irene and Esmerelda clean my apartment, and they did an amazing job! They were kind, professional, and super thorough. Scheduling for my first service was super easy, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been so friendly. As someone who needed a solid reset with their place amongst a busy schedule, Molly Maid came to the rescue.

They were a no show for our first appointment so I rescheduled for 2 days later. This should have been my warning that the email confirmation was not sufficient to have my appointment on their books. They misplace one of the burners on my 6-burner gas stove. This wouldn’t have been a big deal except the two cleaners looked me in my face and told me it wasn’t there when they started cleaning. WOW!! I realize now this was their practices response. It also explains why they both spent so much time cleaning in my kitchen but it wasn’t clean when they finally moved to another room over an hour later. They swipe and wipe and realized the rags throughout your home, disgusting. I left out rags, sponges, cleaner for them to use. They preferred to use they Ajax dish cleaner in my sink over my Dawn. They did not clean anything well, they left milk splotches on the floor of my family room and master bedroom. I have a toddler and a dog which I explained to the scheduler Tere. I requested a deep clean as we have not been frequently using a cleaning company because of the pandemic. I though going with a nationally backed company like Molly Maids would be better, I was wrong. They told me my area(Inglewood) required a 3 hour minimum. I told her that was fine because it would take a minimum of 3 hours to clean my almost 2000 sq ft home. I wish O had read the Yelp reviews first. It appears they tell a similar story. The cleaners don’t sweep or mop thoroughly, they just go through the motions. I’ve never had cleaners that stay together to clean rooms no matter how large or small. My cleaners spoke and complained in Spanish. I cautioned the owner as well as the ladies about this because you can not look at a person and decide what languages they speak. They displayed an utter lack of concern for doing a good job. I was given a $40. Credit on a $540.00 job. I would be perfect happy with the cost. The owner Lisa Johnson did not offer to send another cleaner or herself because they are “understaffed”. It took me the better part of an hour to take all of the burners and holders off to reset my gas stove… and I’m still finding little fine black hairs in my house.
