At first, Molly Maids seemed great—very attentive and responsive. But after a few months, things went downhill fast. They started sending a rotation of cleaners who were unfamiliar with our home, didn’t know where things were, and always seemed new.

The breaking point came when they damaged our brand-new shower door—part of a bathroom renovation we had just spent thousands on. I’ve reached out countless times via email and voicemail, but it's been three weeks, and they refuse to respond or address the damage. No call back, no email, no accountability.

It’s incredibly frustrating. The fact that they seem to constantly be training new people could lead to property damage, as it did in our case. And to make matters worse, they aren't even responsible enough as a company to try and fix the problem or work with an insurance agent.

We trusted them, but looking back, I would have been better off cleaning the house myself or hiring someone local who, at the very least, would have the decency to acknowledge their mistakes and correct them. Sadly, Molly Maids failed on all fronts, and small claims court may be my only option now.

Save yourself the headache. I would not recommend Molly Maids.

This Molly Maid team (consisting of Allie, Brandon, and Shelby) did incredible work in reclaiming order and cleanliness to the 1st floor of my house as well as returning order to the upstairs bathrooms. For example, my disabled daughter had amassed onto the kitchen counters a large collection of opened boxes of cereal, etc., many infested or entirely consumed by pantry moths. Without any suggestion on my part, this team discarded a large amount of useless items, freeing up counter space not seen for months. Also, the impromptu rearrangement of furniture, etc., greatly improved our small kitchen. Surface dusting and cleaning the freshly installed hardwood flooring were very fine. This crew enjoyed returning sanity to the first floor, happily taking 7 hours, even though 5 hours was the the originally projected time to do so.

We’ve used Molly maid the Past couple of months. We have them come out every other Monday ($200 bi-weekly) to maintain a good clean home. Also, know I keep a very tidy home to begin with, making it easier for them to begin with. They started off doing a decent job. It wasn’t spectacular but it wasn’t terrible either. Well the last month and half the quality of job they have done has just totally gone south. It was so bad the last time they didn’t even bother cleaning my bathroom mirrors, vacuuming stairs, dusting dressers or sweeping out hardwood kitchen floors. Keep in mind those are all crucial areas that are high traffic, that had been done in the past and are our top priorities. Normally I wouldn’t complain but I was also having friends over that evening expecting the house to be clean and ready to go. So I called the office, they apologized and offered to have the team come back and do a FULL reclean. Let me tell you, that did not happen at all. They literally came and vacuumed my living room floor. Keep in mind they promised an extra good full cleaning again. My stairs hadn’t been touched. Bathrooms, toilets, we’re intentionally left extra messy to just verify the job they were doing. It was absolutely horrible. I honestly don’t know what they did. So now I’m left with still a dirty home and out 200 dollars. I will never use them again, and would never recommend them to anyone else you want to physically hold their hand while doing the job.

My wife called Molly Maid for a complete whole house clean and I am glad to report that we are pleased. First, Christopher was a pleasure to speak with and gave all the information we needed. The staff that showed up on time were professional, pleasant and did a fantastic job. The charge was just as we were quoted and there were zero hidden surprises or problems. Thank you Jamie, Hayley and Autumn. You showed up on time and I couldn't have been more pleased with your service upon my return. My son rented an apartment at what was supposed to be an upscale apartment complex in N. KY. When he moved in, the apartment was not cleaned and smelled like cigarette smoke from the previous renter. No amount of cleaning and even the purchase of an air purifier (out of our own pocket) could remove the smell. I don't know what magic these girls worked, but I was amazed! I'm an OCD mom and believe me when I tell you I checked the fridge, the oven and even the washer dryer closet for dust/lint and it was spotless! If I didn't live close to an hour away, I would use their services. I'm only sorry that I couldn't make it back in time to thank them personally!

I have been using them for a few months and the quality is not good. I have used many other services where they are flexible and helpful, especially when you need them. They are more concerned with adding extra charges than taking care of customers and making sure they are happy.

Molly Ain't No Maid

Molly couldn't make it, "J" and "T" came in her stead. As reflected by the uploaded photos, "J" and "T" can hardly be called maids. Brief cleaning instructions were given via phone, computer and in-person; execution, on the gals' behalf, was shabby. To be fair, "T" caught up with a friend on the phone immediately after I parsed my instructions in-person. "T's" phone call lasted, at least, until I left the unit 10 minutes later... Perhaps "T" was distracted.

Molly ain't no maid if she sends these girls to clean a place.
