I recently hired Molly Maids for my 1200 sq ft home, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. After the cleaners left, I reviewed my home cameras and found numerous areas that were either overlooked or inadequately cleaned.

They missed wiping down the front of the refrigerator, and when I asked them to do it before they left, they used a dirty rag, leaving streaks everywhere. Additionally, they failed to dust the mantel and speakers, clean the baseboards, or wipe down the table and chairs. The floors in the office/playroom were left unmopped, and they didn’t even enter the washer/dryer room to clean.

Several areas in the bathrooms were still dirty, including the sinks, shower glass, mirrors, and counters. Trash cans weren’t wiped down, nor were trash bags replaced, despite them being left out. Key areas like the front of the dishwasher and stove, cabinets, and windowsills were all ignored. They even used a Swiffer-type mop in the kitchen, which wasn’t effective.

Although they came back for a “reclean” after I provided a detailed list which were all basic request and they still failed to address most of the missed spots. Dust was still present on surfaces they claimed were cleaned. Overall, I would not recommend this service. For nearly $300, they provided the bare minimum, and I would not use them again. They also SEVERELY scratched my shower door glass!

The ladies I had today we're WONDERFUL. They cleaned everything like I like it. I haven't had this good a cleaning for several weeks. Maidens and Danica we're my ladies today. And they use the good stuff where you can smell the clean ( pine-sol) I love that smell and it still smells clean from this morning. So hats off to Maidelis and Danica. Thank you Ladies

Lillie, Ester, and Alexis are great! They are friendly and detail oriented. I had hard water stains on shower doors after my first clean, but they came back with a new technique and they look brand new! We have a German Shepard and they do a great job eliminating hair.

Wow. These ladies did such an amazing job. My boyfriends daughter came and stayed and has a dog that had shed all over and I am allergic to the hair and told them I needed the hair cleaned and I came home and could not find one piece of dog hair in my house. They did such an amazing job. Don’t even hesitate to use them. I signed up for a bi-weekly service with them they did that good!

I have the deepest respect for work done by Molly Maids. I’ve tried other companies but I am always sure that when Molly a maid is done I’ll be glad to be home. They work with my budget. They make reasonable suggestions. They offered me a 2 hour clean once when I was desperate and needed the help. Thank you Molly Maids.

We hired molly maids to come in and clean our home before moving in. They came within the proper arrival time and seemed like nice folks. After the cleaning was completed my wife and I came in to start moving in only to find that Molly Maids missed a lot of things. The windows was still dirty on the inside so not hard water spots, the ceiling fans had not been cleaned and still had visible dust hanging from them, the range still have grease all over it, the microwave still had crumbs in it, one of the closets still had painters tape laying on the floor and grass so it had not been vacuumed, the laundry room countertops had residue still on them, the drawer fronts in the kitchen wasn’t cleaned, the light fixtures in the kitchen and dining room wasn’t dusted, and the baseboards wasn’t dusted. Not trying to be picky but for $414.96 I feel like a proper cleaning job should have been performed.
