Had the opportunity to hire Leon’s team at Molly Maid for a recent tenant move out at our townhouse. Unfortunately, the tenant neglected the unit which required us to paint and redo the flooring. Molly Maid came in and did a miracle on the bathroom and kitchen (worst areas) but because it took so much work and got dark that they were not able to clean the flooring as well as I had hoped. I expressed this concern and Leon who was extremely communicative through the whole job came back the next day to make the floor was spotless to my wishes. I think this type of customer service which is rare these days that makes Leon and Molly Maid stand out. Not every job will go as expected but resolving it by going beyond his call of duty is what will get me to use them again! Thanks Molly Maid team!

I really needed regular help getting my house cleaned after my previous helper retired when Covid happened. I couldn't do it myself due to a back injury. I decided to try Molly Maids, a big company, rather than a single individual like I always have in the past. They had very good reviews and I liked the fact their workers are insured and bonded. Our initial cleaning was great. As long as I’ve lived at my house it has never had a “deep cleaning” so these ladies had their work cut out for them. I was expecting the bathrooms and kitchen to be cleaned but they did so much more! They went above and beyond my expectations cleaning dusty blinds and baseboards, the track for the sliding glass door, and even moving furniture around to thoroughly clean the whole area not just what was visible. I am so impressed and happy with the hard work that was put in, it feels so good to have a spotless house!

Leon and Vy are great. They are friendly and professional. They sent Bessy and Veronica who did a phenomenal job on my home . They were also very friendly and efficient and were happy to accomodate any special requests I had for them.They gave me an estimated time for the service and completed the job within that timeframe. I would highly recommend Molly Maid as well as Bessy and Veronica.

We had Janet and her team who came to service our apartment in Brea for the first time! In short, job was very well done, and exceeded our expectations! Thank you!
