The online scheduling is super convenient and I was able to book a cleaning last minute. Prices are very reasonable for the Houston area and the cleaning job was pretty thorough too. Overall it was good experience, my only complaint was that a glass soap dispenser in my bathroom went missing and no one would admit that it had been broken and thrown away.

The Modern Maids Cleaning of Houston staff, led by Marielena, is fantastic! They arrived on time and were kind. They perform exceptionally well together. We were delighted that they could arrive and finish early after they requested if they may come two hours early. They performed an excellent job! Being a neat freak, I demand perfection when it comes to cleaning. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. Our home now has a much nicer appearance. Even the fragrance is fantastic! Excellent attitude and services at a fair price. Strongly recommended!

Horrible customer service. I booked an appointment for a deep clean several days in advance. They called at 8:30 in the morning on the day of service to cancel, offering a paltry $10 credit toward my next service if I rescheduled. They would have stuck me with a $70 cancellation fee had I canceled, but when they cancel it's $10? Forget it.

Our cleaning person was amazing! She got our place sparkling and it took a lot of work on her part. These people are pros and they have great customer service. I trust this company, unlike a couple of other's I have tried who tried to rip me off. It is a huge relief work with Modern Maids.

Prompt, professional and AMAZING service!!! I wasn’t totally satisfied with my old service so I decided to try this one. Absolutely the best decision. I’m signing up for weekly services. Cleaners are on time, very professional and extremely thorough. There wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. I’m very OCD about my home. Extremely happy with this service!

Modern Maids is an absolute godsend. My daughter used this service and raved about their cleaning performance for days. Gosh, what is there not to like about Justin and his team? They are professional and kind and do a fantastic job! I personally know the owner and can tell you that he truly cares about his business and has the highest level of integrity. Simply put, they're the best ya'll!!
