Bliss and Destiny came and did a phenomenal job and quite quickly. Not a single inch of our home was overlooked. Was able to schedule for next day service but they had the openings for day of, as well. Well priced and gives military discount! This entire team is professional, kind and super easy to work with!!!

Mary Poppins cleaning is a great cleaning service-
They are incredibly responsive to my inquiries, timely, and professional. I had them clean my house as I am moving out and I will be hiring them for the year to come back once a month to clean my home while my tenants are there. Your home is in great hands with this team!! I’ve been using Marry Poppins service for 4 months, biweekly, at the beginning the service was good. Destiny did a good job cleaning.

However the service quickly went downhill. We were giving estimates arrival periods for cleaning between 10-12 or 1 to 3pm however they would always show late…more than an hour late or cancel at last minute. This occurred more than 3 times. I value and respect peoples time and I expect the same from others to me.

They gave us a quote using the sqft in Zillow and then kept trying to up charge. First for the basement, then for dogs, and now for our for our smaller living space that leads to the outdoors (which was always included until they tried to bring up the costs because that floor takes “more time” to clean).

Today, we’ve tried calling and texting for updates, but now we’re not getting any responses or call backs. We’re not working with them again.

Because of this I can’t and will not recommend Marry Poppins cleaning to anyone.

suggestions: schedule more accurate time with customers and communicate in advance if unable to make schedule planned time
