My estimate with Roscio was thorough and clear and fairly priced. I had a post construction cleaning done by Maple premium, and the quality of the work was excellent. The supervisors (Indira) attention to detail was second to none although we had a couple of challenges with ensuring the contractors were out of the house for the clean and had to reschedule twice (not uncommon with renovations) they easily found a new date and time that would work for both of us. The first post construction cleaning had and missed areas but when I raised it with Elias, he came up with a plan and sent someone to check immediately.
Problems do come up when there are so many moving parts but it’s how the company handles it and I can’t say enough about the collaborative way they approached the issues made suggestions and we’re thorough in their communication. Any deficiencies were rectified almost immediately. And they sent a crew double the size so that they could be in and out really quickly.
I have them do furnace cleaning, post construction cleaning, follow up beam, interior windows, and exterior windows. I highly recommend them and their professionalism.

We've had our windows cleaned a few times now, and we are very happy with the great service and competitive price. We get a lot of free quotes from door salesmen in our neighbourhood and Maple offers a way better price.

The detailing was very thorough, the car was as new.

We purchased a new home, and had it written into our contract to have it professionally cleaned prior to our possession. The previous owner hired Maple Premium Services to do the job. During our pre possession walk through, we noticed that the house seemed dirty. We questioned if it had even been cleaned, and asked for a receipt to be provided by the seller for proof of cleaning. Upon review of the receipt, one would have expected the home to be spotless. The invoice stated deep cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms, cabinets inside and out, and appliances. The bill was nearly $600, and yet upon moving into our new home, I had to deep clean the entire kitchen and the bathrooms as it appeared nothing had been done. There were streaks of dirt/grease inside the cupboards, the stove top was filthy, dirt all along the drawers of the fridge, and all of the toilets needed to be scrubbed. Not what anyone would expect to have to do after a professional clean was completed.
Although I wasn't the one who hired this company, I contacted them to notify them of the poor quality of the work that was completed (or, not completed). My emails were met with defense of the work that was done, but I was invited to send in photos of the poor cleaning, which I did. After sending in the photos, I have yet to receive any response.
I was never looking for any compensation as I was not the one who paid for the cleaning, but I would definitely caution anyone considering this company for cleaning, as I don't believe the quality is there for the price you will be paying.

We have used this service for more than 5 years to clean my elderly Mother’s home every two weeks. They will use your cleaning equipment or bring their own. The staff is focused and hard working. They scheduled specialty cleaning projects during the year ie. Spring cleaning: upholstery, the China cabinet and hutch, windows. It’s comforting to know that the staff are kind and respectful to my parent and that she knew them by name. We recently had to sell the house. And Maple did such a good job for the move out clean the new owners asked me for their contact information. I highly recommend this service.

We live in Artist View Dr and the basement carpet and the stairs going to the second floor needed cleaning. We asked for a quote. And they said they could do the job plus a rug in the entrance for $345

We thought it was reasonable and it was competitive with another quote we got so we hire them to do the job. When I arrived my Roommatte mentioned they had finished the basement in about an hour to what I was surprised. I stayed out of their way to let them finished.

We paid, they leave and we notice the rug they had left outside to dry was never vacuum and we call them to please come back and do the job the right way. The owner came back and instead of taking responsibility and try to find a solution said it was our fault that had not been vacuum properly. Important to clarify was that everything has been vacuum with a very high end house vacuum. It was never mentioned that it was not ready for their service and that they should perform special vacuuming to get best results.

The rug once it dried, is amazing the dust that comes out of it. Like it would had not been touch. The stairs after.doing it twice, pointed out by he owner it has too much soap so it is not soft once it dried, and the basement I can bet that if I rent a machine in the supermarket I would still get brown water because they just clean the surface. I am disappointed how lightly the term profesional service is used by some

They refused to refund the money and I will have to hire another company to have the job done. I would not recommend them

I have to add in my original review to answer the bunch of nonsense you responded. I live in the house, I do know Nhora, but if I decided to make a comment and waste my time on this was because I find absolutely unbelievable that you can consider that your crew did a good job. The front rug looks like it was never cleaned, and if you bring 10 people of your choice to give an opinion on that, they will all claimed, they were not cleaned by you. The only reason I comment, is I don’t want other people to be scammed going for the cheapest quote. That was our mistake, we learned our lesson. It is a shame you portrait so pour Kt the latin community. You should be ashame of yourself.
