I had surgery almost two weeks ago and we had maidpro come out to clean our house before we got back from the hospital. Disappointed in their service is an understatement. Part of their guarantee is dusting but almost none of the surfaces in my house were dusted. I specifically asked for the tile floors to be washed (which is what they have on their checklist before leaving) and I had to have someone come back out to wash those and dust our plant room. Later on, we realized that there was even more that hadn’t been done. None of the window sills were dusted, shelves not dusted, they didn’t pick things up to dust under anything, etc. They didn’t even clean the toilet, which is crazy to me. On top of all of that, we have a ring doorbell on our front door and kept getting notifications of someone coming in and out. We didn’t think anything of it until we watched the videos later and the “pro” that come out to clean was outside for 10 minutes every 15-20 minutes to vape and take personal phone calls. I’m fine with personal breaks, but spending almost 45min-1 hour outside when they charge you based on time? That doesn’t seem fair. We will not be using them or recommending them to anyone in the future.

My place looks amazing!! Amy came in and did an absolutely phenomenal job of cleaning up my bachelor pad. I have to say that she catches every little thing and she definitely exceeded my dreams on what a clean place looks like. I definitely would recommend Maid Pro Johnson County 5 stars. I’m going to contact google and see if they let me give 6 stars on here because she deserves it! I’m so happy lol thanks again

Service is consistently excellent. We use them regularly, and even if there was a problem, Jill and her team are quick to resolve. Today we had Lindsay at a second location. Her thoroughness, attention to detail, and cheerful outlook was terrific. Highly recommended.

I got my first MaidPro cleaning last Thursday. I was really impressed by the end result of Krystina B. It was the third cleaning services I have tried, and by far this was the best cleaning service ever. I like how things were cleaned with some personal touch, such as stickers on folded toilet paper/paper towel. I was in a short term disability due to my lower back injury. Because of that, I had not been able to clean for several months and the house had been collected with lots dust and things. All the dusts was gone and every thing so bright. I love that my microwave was cleaned and all the cabinet doors were cleaned as well even all my kitchen appliances. I was not disappointed at all. The result was really impressive. Krystina B. did an amazing job. I felt like my place was just like a hotel after the clean. I was so glad I had the clean before the long weekend, so I could actually relax at home and enjoy the fresh start.

Maidpro does fantastic work! The cleaning pros consistently do an amazing job, and my wife and I are always happy with the way our house looks when they are done. The owner is great at working with my schedule and is always very responsive. I have already recommended Maidpro to some friends and family members and they have all been very happy with the service!

Our original cleaning was for 8/1. I was out of the house at time, one Pros showed up shortly before I left and I explained to her what I wanted done. Ater doing about 1/3 of what we asked for, one Pro fell ill and went to the ER, the other had to leave to pick up her kids. I was called and texted shortly after and given the information on what happened. I realize life happens, and gladly scheduled the remainder of the cleaning for 8/2.

The Pro that came out on the 2nd was wonderful, took a few moments to chat while she was cleaning the room I happened to be in, and did a beautiful job on the rest of what was left. She even didn't mind when our Dachshund followed her around!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will gladly use them again.
