The initial booking process was positive and professional. The first few times the cleaning was not up to par, we chalked it up to the fact it would take a few weeks to get into a groove. But it became apparent that after several weeks, patterns were emerging-despite MaidPro's copious efforts to get our feedback. At lease one of the cleaners always shows up late- I don't think we've ever gotten an actual four hours' worth of cleaning, as we contractually agreed. There's always something (dirt, hair, etc.) left on the sinks or toilets. Some floors get done, some don't. Sometimes, just for fun, they skip an entire floor (even when I asked them not to.) When I explicitly told Maid Pro what was wrong, and what had to be cleaned, it still did not happen. If you just want someone to show up and wipe things down, here and there, you'll be happy. If you're wanting your home to sparkle, look elsewhere.

Been using this service for a few months and could not be happier with my Maidpro Larry -- he always leaves the house sparkling clean! I work from home and he's also always considerate and willing to work around me.

Only area of improvement for the company would be to streamline communication between customer service and the cleaners. When I add or take off services, the cleaners are not always informed. I just make to tell Larry when he arrives and it's never a problem.

I was refused service by MaidPro this morning when one of their professionals, instead of asking questions sent a picture saying we had lead paint. There was no lead paint, just dust and dirt that was covering all the surfaces, as I stated to their supervisor who they had on the phone and handed to me, was from some work that was done. Dry wall, wood sanding from the upstairs floors and plaster left from the work done by professionals hired who had no problems with working because their was no lead paint. I also informed the supervisor that when I owned the house we had no lead paint in the house and had it checked when purchased. I don't know if it was because of the neighborhood or who I am that they did not trust the information I was sharing, needless to say, I still need this house cleaned. I would/will not recommend MaidPro for the lack of professionalism, trust and respect that they showed me today.

The boss should of come personally, a conversation over the phone very unprofessional. She should of come to see for herself. And to see the response to a situation that was very delicate and sad for our family at the time shows me MaidPros pictures really only like cleaning kitchens that look like that, money.

I’d give them zero stars now, if I didn’t then I do now for the judgement I know I was given for location and looks. But if they were to come to my actual house it would be different. If that same pile of drywall was on the counter they would not question or bat an eye.

We have been using MaidPro for several months. They come twice monthly and they do a fantastic job. We have a busy household with 5 children and 2 dogs and we both work full time, so there's not a lot of time left between work, homework, and activities for deep cleaning. MaidPro does an amazing job cleaning, and it is such a relief to open the door after a long day and see everything shine. They have a very thorough checklist they work through but you can also customize a little bit, so there are some little things we don't care as much about and we just asked our Pro to skip those things and focus more on other areas that are more important to us or more difficult for us to find time to do on our own. I could not be happier with MaidPro, and I don't know what I would do without them!! Thanks for all you do!!
