Thays, the owner of Magic Broom, is amazing. She is responsive, sends text reminders the day before cleaning and tries to accommodate you if you ever need to reschedule. She also accepts Zelle and other online payments. Kassia, our cleaning lady, is fantastic. She is kind, cheerful and really sweet with our 3 dogs. She is a great cleaner and a hard worker. Kassia is always on time and is absolutely trustworthy. I feel lucky to have her and it’s a pleasure to be around her. Thays and Kassia are the perfect team to help me make my life easier and keep our house clean. Thank you, ladies! I really appreciate you!

They were amazing! Our realtor recommended Magic Broom Cleaning to us to get our house ready to sell. They were super responsive and able to have someone out within a few days. They even messaged me when a cancellation came up for them to see if we wanted a day earlier! The cleaner got here and just went straight to work and the house looks amazing! I will definitely continue using them in our new house!

I had them clean my short term vacation rental for over a year and at first they were great but after a while their quality of service got worse and worse. One of the main reasons why I left and went with another cleaning company was their LACK IN COMMUNICATION causing me to refund multiple guests.

My project was to clean-up construction debris, including extensive drywall dust. I wouldn't recommend them for construction cleaning. I don't feel like I got my moneys worth for this service. Based on what I received, they charged me about $90/hr. They were supposed to send two people and only one showed up. She didn't speak English, so I had trouble communicating with her. She cleaned things I asked her not to clean, such as outside slider doors and inside medicine cabinet. She missed items I expected to be routinely cleaned, such as ceiling fans. I asked her to clean inside bathroom window that had drywall spray on it and this became a "we don't do windows unless you pay more" conversation. I never asked for sliding doors to be cleaned. The reviewer who said you have to follow around and make sure everything gets cleaned was right. She was on-time, tried to please me and worked hard, so I don't fault her, because she was put in a situation where there should have been two people, including one who spoke English. I expected more like 6 or 8 hours of heavy cleaning services for the price I paid, not one person for 4 hours. This cleaning service costs more than some high end technical professionals. If you need regular residential cleaning, they may be fine for that. Their scheduling process is great.
