I was in a time sensitive situation because the previous cleaners didn't do such a great job at the old apartment and the buyer didn't like the quality of work performed.

I called Magdalena the Cleaning Fairy and they scheduled a site visit the very next day (Sunday) and performed the cleaning work the day after(Monday). 2 day turnaround and the buyer was very happy with the work performed! I appreciate her follow up, responsiveness and flexibility. Will be requesting additional work for my own apartment in the future. Highly recommend.

I hired Magdalena the Cleaning Fairy services for a moving out cleaning and they were great. Since the initial contact until the final customer service.
I had 2 persons that were in my residence were amazing, very polite, detailed and explained everything to me when they arrived. In the final inspection, they were also super supportive and the quality of service provided was great.
Magdalena was very kind also all the time, explaining the steps etc.
In general, I was very satisfied with the service and I would for sure recommend them.

We were renting an apartment in central Stockholm and, on leaving the apartment, we asked Magdalena and her team to perform our moving-out clean. The cleaning was exceptionally good and the landlord was very impressed with the quality of the work. The apartment had a large number of floor-to-ceiling windows and they were all perfectly clean. We got our full deposit back on the apartment thanks to the quality of this work.

Not only was the quality of the cleaning excellent, but Magdalena was hugely helpful when booking the cleaning. We even asked some general questions about cleaning certain types of marks in delicate materials and she was happy to give us advice so that we could make a head-start on what we thought might be stains that would take more than a single day.

I would recommend Magdalena and her team to anyone in a heartbeat.

I hired Magdalena for a general home cleaning of my 40sqm apartment (no deep cleaning). I was satisfied with the cleaning, however it took way longer than one might expect, I was charged for 4h and 40min (two cleaners were sent for 2h and 20min) for a job that normally takes 2h (one cleaner) based on experience with other companies, given the same initial (and final) state of the apartment of course. Thus I would suggest to whoever wants to book to clearly agree on a maximum working time (and number of cleaners sent). Other than that, communication was good and Magdalena was also flexible with the payment time, allowing me some time to fix my Swedish bank account before paying, which I appreciated.

I recently contacted Magdalena for a move-out cleaning. I was in fact looking for cleaning services for sometime in Stockholm and had been quoted quite a lot for my apartment. When I talked with Magdalena, I immediately found her to not only be polite and professional, but she also quoted a very reasonable price for the job. The cleaning lady Nesrya too, was punctual and tremendously capable. My husband and I went out while she was cleaning, and we came back to an impeccably clean apartment! We went through the apartment meticulously, but could not find a single reason for complaining. When we finally got the invoice, it was actually less than what Magdalena had initially quoted, since the cleaning time was less than initially estimated.
