Awful: He was very late , he had profound body odour, and his cleaning apparently did not including any washing or the use soaps or any disinfectants or the washing of floors, shower or toilet.
Keep in mind the "luxury cleaning" website describes housecleaning, housekeeping, sanitization and expertise including for home and office. The whole reason for seeking professional services was based on expliciltly housecleaning. When I described this complaint, he confirmed all of it by explaining that he does not do sanitization, housecleaning, etc - and yet that is on his website and that is exactly what I had ordered. And so, he then started to describe me and my home offensively instead of apologising and trying to fix the problem, as a professional would.

This guy is a scammer. He does a really bad job at cleaning, he lies and tries to scam people out of as much money as he can. Also, he will try to get away with not giving a receipt. Worst proffessional I ever met in my 10 years in the netherlands. Avoid at all costs.
