We had Lions Share power wash our house and decking last week, as we are getting ready to sell. We are absolutely thrilled with how great it looks! WOW! Almost 100% of the black mold and dirt on our gutters and facia is GONE, and the siding looks the best it has in years. The upper deck was power washed so well we were able to just stain it again once it dried. The lower maintenance free decking looks NEW. Now everything is all pretty for our next buyer. Geoffrey from Lions Share Maintenance did a gentle power wash on my home & deck,washed the windows and power washed walkways. It all looks so refreshed. Cobwebs all gone and the windows are sparkly. I have used Lions Share Maintenance for a number of years and highly recommend them.

Rich and Alfredo were absolutely the sweetest, kindest and very thorough and conscientious! I don’t write many reviews but my husband and I both agreed that we just had to, they earned a glowing review! They even showed us photos of our gutters when they were done, clean as a whistle! They were very full and neglected for several years. It really brought peace of mind too as I no longer felt comfortable with my husband up on a ladder. Silver lining was that the price was also very fair! We will be keeping their number on speed dial and recommending to our family, friends and neighbors! Well done, guys! Thanks for an excellent job! The guys were on time, professional, friendly hardworking. Emptied the fullest gutters ever. Took a lot of extra time as our well supply wasn't very fast as there equipment. Lions Share went above and beyond!! Geoff and Clint did an incredible job! They cleaned out our gutters, washed our house and cleaned our windows. They truly cared that they did a good job and made sure I was satisfied! I will be passing on their contact information to anyone I can! I will also be checking with them on putting up Christmas lights! Oh! I forgot to mention their prices were very reasonable too! They quickly gave me a quote that they stuck to!
