My experience will sound too good to be true, but this is really what happened for me… I always planned to hire help cleaning the house before moving, but stress led to me waiting till the last second. The online booking process was very convenient and showed me that there was availability soon that worked for me. Still, I called because I had lots of questions and I was able to get a discount because of standard move out work I didn’t need. The person on the phone was so friendly and accommodating. And the price for service is the least I’ve paid for my many moves in recent memory. Payment was easy and online, no need to make a trip to ATM for cash. And after inspecting the work at the end, I was blown away with the quality and attention to detail. I’m embarrassed to say that I didn’t leave the shower pan clean and I’m amazed it is white again. Soap splatter cleaned off of drawers. Rooms dusted. The house looked so clean to be new again. For this price I expected corners to be cut and get a passable result. This service is amazing. I am so thankful to the staff who cleaned for me.

We just recently hired Lia's Cleaning Service as the (ALMOST) last step for selling our property! I asked for a Deep Clean initially, but Lia was awesome in suggesting the Move In/Move Out package, with some additional services that knocked the price down a little bit. We had Yeica as our scheduler and Luz as our cleaning coordinator. We are ecstatic with the results of their services! Per the photos, they attacked our very oversized, two-car garage and banished all of the leaves and dirt; cleaned all of our bedrooms, bathrooms and powder room (that refinished original hardwood is just so shiny); refinished, polished, and buffed the granite kitchen counters and our appliances (the fridge has seriously never looked better) to look like new; brought our backsplash back to life; cleaned out our cabinets and shelves; dusted all of our light fixtures and our fireplace; gave our sunroom some additional sparkle; and did a great deep clean on our unfinished laundry area, which is the area that gave me the most stress to keep clean, by FAR. I do love me some straight vacuum lines, which are clearly uniform in our new carpet.

I also have to give a shout-out re: the amazing job that they did on the windows of our house, including our big bay window. The difference that a clean window can make is unbelievable, and I appreciate the value that it will bring to prospective buyers.

Lia was extremely thorough in making sure that all of the details, services, times, and dates were nailed down from the beginning, and she accommodated a reschedule for me; Yeica was marvelous with communications and giving me head's up(s) on the cleaning crew's arrival; and Luz was amazing with checking in with me to move around some supplies and a vacuum that I had left in the house and garage, before and after they started cleaning. All in all, the stress that this took off of me was well worth the reasonable price, and I can now re-direct my energy to some last touch-ups, and then a "For Sale" sign in our front yard!

Thank you Lia, Yeica, Luz, and team! Although I am done with property selling for a while, we would gladly use you again for our new home, and we recommend Lia's to anyone who needs a load off of their current project!

Luz and Diego did a wonderful job cleaning my home! I needed a deep Spring cleaning done … I’m pregnant and was too overwhelmed to tackle the deep clean myself right now! Lia’s Cleaning Service did a beautiful job. My oven was scrubbed so well it looks brand new! Toilets and fixtures were glistening clean. Luz and Diego worked very hard to clean up my big house that was absolutely filthy when they walked in. I don't know how two people were physically capable of accomplishing what they did but boy am I grateful! The cleaning was also much more reasonable priced than other places nearby, some that charged twice what I paid for the same service.
