If I could give a 0 stars I would. I am so tired of business taking advantage of people.

Today’s exch with this company made me so so sad!!

This company owner is very dishonorable. She comes off charming and says she guarantees her work but when my guests complain about dirty sheets and un vacuumed rugs, she takes no responsibility.

Today I discovered her team turned dirty euro shames inside out so they didn’t have to clean them. When I sent her all the photos she said “I stand behind my cleaning team”
What about standing behind the quality of work and the satisfaction of your clients?

The last straw today was when I sent pictures of large dirt smudges on a white wall that had been left and not cleaned,.
The owner said, “ it was standard practice not to clean dirt off of walls”.

Unbelievable!!!

I asked her to send her team back to clean the bedding and the other items and she refused to send her team to fix anything.

I then asked for a refund and she refused that too.

She had the audacity to tell me she didn’t wish to text with me anymore.

So that’s the way the world is now?….you pay someone to clean, they do a terrible job, you ask them to fix it o refund you and they say “I’m done texting with you”, and walk away with your money?

So messed up!!!

I am so tired of dishonest people. It’s just not that hard to be kind and honorable and to give people what you charged them for. It’s just the right thing to do!!

I thought about attaching screenshots of her horrible exchange and pictures of the dirty sheets etc but that seems excessive.

Just save yourself the trouble and find a nice honorable cleaning team. This is not worth it!

One would think that cleaning service knows better to keep things clean - and this is how they dumped the dirty water. 3 stars for the diligent cleaning ladies, one start off for dumping water like this that I had to clean it up myself, and the other star for when I called back and asked cleaning ladies to come back and clean it up, I was told by the customer service that at this point, there’s absolutely nothing they can do. And yes I booked their service and two cleaning ladies came to my place and did a 2- hour deep clean.

We had the best experience with At Your Service! Our helper was so kind and thorough - we used their laundry service which was excellent on its own, but she also cleaned up our kitchen and closet area while waiting for loads to finish which I really appreciated. I’m excited to use this company again!!

Leave it to me does it all!! Always responsive and willing to put in extra time for add ons like laundry, organizing closet or bathroom, etc. Very great service and people. Attention to detail and endless options for services to take off your plate. They have gotten flower arrangements before dinner parties, hung paintings for me and more.

I cannot recommend leave it to me highly enough. The staff were very professional, meticulous, and caring. I had multiple special requests that they would always make sure were taken care of. Also, I had tried multiple house cleaning services at higher prices that I was not happy with prior to discovering them. Their price beat everyone else and their service was on a different level.

Leave it to me does an amazing job with my apartment anytime I get a cleaning. They cover all the details like cleaning underneath the oven. Since it is a large organization with a personal touch, it is also flexible. If I need an extra cleaning, I can message Nay and usually get something the next day. If it is an emergency, I am sure she could make it happen that day. They also provide other services so I recommend asking what they can do for you.
