Wonderful, prompt service! They cleaned gutters and installed gutter glove system at a fair price.I can do a lot here myself but this was too high up for me. What impressed me most was I called Monday, they came to look Tuesday, and did the job by Wednesday afternoon- quick!

I was lucky to meet Fernando as he was a client of mine. I got to know him and immediately could tell he possessed a strong work ethic like none other. Fast forward a year later. I’m overwhelmed at work as well as my wife. Between our jobs and personal matters, our house became filthy. We felt trapped and it was hard to build the motivation to clean. I remembered Fernando and reached out to him. A week later, his crew did a deep cleaning of our home. They did an amazing job! My wife came home from work and cried tears of relief! We are listing our home to sell as we are in our 70's and moving to a community for over 55year olds. We were searching for a company whom we had heard good things about. After such honest and rave reviews, we ask Fernando with Kimy Maids to give us an estimate. These have to be the most through people we have ever met. The crew cleaned, removed vines, trimmed and swept our entire yard, it looks so polished now, then they cleaned our windows which consisted of 4 skylights inside and out!! They sparkle. I don't have words to describe what a wonderful job they did on cleaning our home. They washed all woodwork, cabinets, furniture, window sills inside and out. The bathrooms sparkle, they removed stains I couldn't get rid of. Everyone was pleasant and so nice. We're sure going to use their moving and packing services when we sell. List in a few days and couldn't have done this on our own. Without a doubt the most efficient group we have ever encountered.
