Jani King has been cleaning our company office for a little over a year and a half now. The cleaning crew they assigned to our office do a great job. Anytime I message our contact, Roberto, i get a quick response. When some things get missed, which it doesn't happen often, I truly appreciate how responsive they are in fixing it and making sure it doesn't happen again. The extra mile, for me, is when I receive the periodical phone call from their central office to check in and make sure we are satisfied with their services. I would recommend Jani-King to any business out there wanting a completive and reliable company to clean their office.

We have been using Jani-King for about a year and a half now. Linda is our OPs Manager contact at Jani-King and she was a tremendous help when we moved office locations recently. Moving can be very stressful, so I was impressed at how accommodating she, Roberto and his crew were by being available at a moment’s notice to help clean both buildings simultaneously. They made that part of moving painless, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Roberto and his crew do such an amazing job making sure everything is clean and tidy. He is very responsive and always has a great attitude. You should absolutely request them to be your next cleaning crew.

Listen to the bad reviews. they are the truth. Cleaning does not get done, they never take their duties seriously, and they never check off the items on the contract. Absolutely no initiative to do a good job. Waste of money when all they do is come in for 15 minutes and barely clean. When you reach out to complain, all they will do is switch you to a new franchise owner, they will do 1 "good cleaning" and then completely fall off again. Can never trust that the job is done, and it's just sad.
