For the price, it was acceptable. Not the best deep cleaning I’ve had, but it’s fine. The ladies that came to my house wouldn’t classify as friendly but they were polite. Also acceptable in my eyes. But they left a scratch on my white walls in the master bedroom that now has to be painted over and did miss some spots cleaning that I had to go back and do myself, particularly baseboards in some rooms and the residue left on my master shower glass They also cracked one of my vases on the kitchen counter. Luckily, the vase wasn’t too expensive, but it’s still a bummer as the cleaning service isn’t cheap either.

Edited Oct 21: The owner of the company was WONDERFUL. After reading my review, I received communication from them within the same day. They were kind enough to provide half of what I paid back in a gift card so that I can re-use their services AND promised to provide me with a different cleaning team. Thanks, InsideOut!

Insideout Cleaning is a 5 star company in every way. We have tried different cleaning companies in the area, but Insideout Cleaning has been the most consistent and reliable ones around. We have used many of their different teams, and have booked many appointments last minute in addition to utilizing their monthly service due to selling our home. We LOVE our Team at Inside Out Cleaning! They are punctual, thorough and do a great overall job! Our team is friendly and are focused on their cleaning. We had another cleaning service for over 2 years, and didn't realize how much they "weren't" doing in our home by just "surface cleaning"! Inside Out Cleaning showed us what "should have been done" and now we KNOW our house is thoroughly cleaned each time! It's made a world of difference and my husband and I are much happier.

Great customer service from scheduling and the team who came for our deep cleaning was great! They were very patient with our barking puppy and worked great around everyone while we were home. Cleaning was thorough and the team arrived on time and kept to the time frame given. Cant wait to schedule again!

I truly hate leaving poor reviews. We chose this company based off their amazing reviews. I was very sick when we first bought our new home and my husband suggested we just hire someone to clean for us. I agreed, so he hired Inside Out Cleaning. The house was empty, nothing here except a few small things like shower rods and curtains, garbage cans, a tv console. When he first came to inspect their cleaning job, he noted that counters had not been wiped, shelves had not been wiped, specific walls we paid to have cleaned and baseboards still were filthy. The previous owners had a dog and there was just dog hair everywhere. There were drawers that hadn’t been cleaned, the top of the fridge and freezer was disgusting, dog hair everywhere- even in the icebox! The laundry room still had soaps on the cupboards inside and out. If you ran your hands over counters and shelves you’d come up with filth, they hadn’t even been touched. He asked them to come back the next day after sending photos, and they came. We came to inspect again the day after but I came with this time. I’m a clean freak, and this was not even close to what I’d expect from a professional cleaning service that I just paid $570. I was sick, and had to go through and clean over everything they missed. It was disheartening, but we didn’t bother asking them to come back. They refunded us $150, but I would not use them again. The doors all had dog hair, had not been touched, the areas we sent photos still had not been cleaned. The laundry room got cleaned, they re-cleaned the bathrooms. But the counters, baseboards, shelves etc had not been gone over again. On top of all that, the shower rod and curtain, and small garbage cans all went missing. The service said they’d thrown some things out but we had never been asked beforehand.

I have been using InsideOut for one month now and the service has been incredible! They are very communicative and it is the best part of my week to see my house so sparkly clean. They really pay attention to details and put personal touches in every room. One of the supervisors usually stops in at some point during the cleaning to do a Quality check, which was very impressive to me. I don’t know why I waited so long to get house cleaning help- best money I spend!
