I've been working with this cleaning company for the past two years and have been thoroughly impressed with their service. They have always been very receptive to feedback and promptly resolved any issues I had. Their communication is excellent; they consistently kept me up-to-date with the conditions of my units and efficiently managed restocking. Most importantly, their reliable service has given me peace of mind, allowing me to operate my business from a completely different state without any worries. Highly recommended!

I recently used Hostkeyper for my vacation rental property and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was outstanding. They were prompt and professional in their communication and were able to schedule a cleaning for my property on short notice.

The cleaning team arrived on time and did an exceptional job cleaning the property. They paid close attention to detail, ensuring that every surface was thoroughly cleaned and all linens were washed and replaced. They even left thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and a welcome note for my guests.

You might give them a try but my experience shows they are not capable of turning properties with high cleaning standards.

Pros; I like that they have online bookings and a few basic integration options for your STR business. I also like the concept of their business moto to provide quality and consistent services.

Cons; the cleaning service I received for one of my short term rentals was severely lacking in quality. I never personally met the cleaners but I'm sure they have good and bad ones as a company. The cleaner(s) who cleaned my property did not wipe down the counters or vacuum any of the hard floors which seems like it would be part of their routine. Additionally the beds were not professionally made and the couch had hair and a few minor stains on it that were easily resolved by our post clean inspection but should have been addressed by the cleaners. I was willing to try them out again and pay for another service with two conditions. One they provide a partial refund and two they have a post clean inspector come by to inspect the work after the next service. I believe this was extremely reasonable considering the poor service received but after reporting all the issues and asking for a partial refund the management at HostKeyper decided it was easier to send me a partial refund of $30 and decline further services for me.

I believe management could have handled the situation way better as I was very professional and reasonable with my requests and I provided photo evidence showing the poor quality of service received. This just shows that their management in Houston is lacking some professionalism and does not hold their field teams accountable for low quality service if and when it comes about.

Once again if you have high standards or possibly even basic standards of cleanness then I personally could not recommend HostKeyper.

I did not have a great experience at all. I trusted them to clean my duplex for my next guest without being able to be on site since I away at work. Thankfully my business partner had time to stop by before my guest checked in and we were very disappointed. The sheets put on the bed we’re dirty. The towels folded and left for the guest were still wet. That bathroom tub was not cleaned at all. The fridge was never even touched. I will never use Hostkeyper ever again. For them to be that experience and perform like that is outrageous.

Bad Airbnb / short term rental turnover services. I thought I would give this company a try, but it just resulted in a headache to deal with. The cleaning was done on July 25th. I do not recommend this company for any hosts with properties that require a higher or just decent standard of quality and cleanliness.
It ultimately felt like the company and cleaners do not care about doing a professional job, or sufficient quality control afterwards. There is a lack of training and oversight. The cleaners ended coming back the next day to fix the issues that I alerted them to, but I lost any trust in them to do a proper job in the first place.

Below are just some of the issues that I had to raise:

Bedding was not put on professionally. King bedding was put on a queen bed, despite there being another clean set. Protective mattress covers were not put back on the mattress as it was before.
No flat sheet was put on.

The king duvet cover was stained all over. It honestly did not look washed. I had inspected it before the cleaners arrived and it was the exact same stains afterwards. It was made to look redone, and the dirty sections were conveniently tucked under to be hidden. There was a clean set available that could have been used. When I later washed the dirty one, all stains came out instantly which tells me as well, that it was not washed in the first place.

Damp bedding was folded up inside linen closet instead of being dried properly.

There were many crumbs and stains left on the floor in the kitchen, under edges of cabinetry, underneath dining table and under the barstools. The rugs did not look properly vacuumed.

Besides those things, there were makeup stains on vanity countertops. Several surfaces were not wiped.
On top of all those things the back door was not locked properly.

I don't believe the checklist the company asks for when onboarding was reviewed.

Overall very disappointing. I wanted to ask for a refund, but as the cleaners came back out and did fix what I notified them about, I refrained from doing that. However i strongly advise against entrusting them with your properties.
