The maid staff is very unprofessional. We used this service for more than a month thinking that they would get better, but they didn't. The cleaning teams were rude and carried on perverse conversations while I was in the room or adjacent room.

There are better cleaning services that are professional and will likely have a lower weekly rate. This has been my experience. I switched to a national firm who is $15.00 cheaper per week. (Initially I was thinking that the more expensive Home Maid would be a better service to justify the additional cost.)

Teresa is the owner-incredibly unprofessional! At our first consultation she expressed several times that if we ever had any concerns with the cleaning service to let her know! I expressed some concerns and she accused me of "looking" for things that they had damaged. She stated my complaints were things that had been there but I only noticed "after" they started cleaning my home. I should have discontinued their service after the first "deep" cleaning that left all of my black doors with streaks all over them. One would think that for $300 my house would look better than it did the day before, not worse?! One of my complaints was that I found a dent in the woodwork of the doorway where the toilet is in...a 3x5 room with a cabinet and a toilet!! It was suggested that large furniture was moved in and out of this room that caused the dent. My second concern was regarding the top of the ledge to my bathtub. The wood stain was clearly being rubbed off by a chemical or cloth used to wipe it down as I noticed 2 large areas where the original wood color was exposed. Yet again, this was something I had only just noticed and something I should take up with my homebuilder. This home was custom built for me FOUR years ago. I cleaned it for FOUR years and never had a problem with the stain being rubbed off to expose the wood! I was told that she had "never seen a builder put wood on the top ledge like that before. The front, but not the top ledge where it can get wet". My last concern was regarding the caulking in my shower, it was coming up around the step in the shower. And guess what?! She has never had a situation like this in all the 10 years she's been in business! I did call it grout and she made sure to clarify that it is caulking and not grout and that whatever cleaner was used must have soaked into the caulking and it came up only after her employee left. Because the employee denies that it was like that when she left. So what does she take responsibility for... the caulking! Clearly the cheapest thing to repair.
I cannot believe how fake this woman was at our 1st meeting; telling me to voice any concerns and saying she would always work with me if I were unhappy about anything! I am so insulted that she thinks she knows my home better than me after being in my home one time! I am very particular about my home and I can recognize when things are different. I've never been so angry for being accused of trying to get something for free as she implied my noticing imperfections only after they started cleaning my home. I know my home, I'm here everyday, I cleaned it myself for 4 years! I should have known not to hire a cleaning service and truly regret trusting these people into my home!
