This company is a scam, do not use. Twice we have booked a cleaner based on reviews, the first cancelled last minute offering to send her friend instead. Of course we said no as we go through the agency for reliability and security. We booked another cleaner who said she would come the next morning and instead her friend turns up with seemingly no experience and not a word of English so communication was impossible. Clearly they accept as many bookings as they can through the agency (for which you pay a premium price) and then put the work out to their friends who will not have the securities for experience or cover for damage that you pay the above average price for. It is the responsibility of the agency to ensure this is not happening. Also the contact number online is not a working phone number.

Writing this review as reminder that a great company does not only consist on providing a good support for their customers but also for their cleaner partners!
I asked for help with the team as I a plan on moving town and needed to check if Helpling had many customers active in the area.
Riccardo seemed unprofessional, was extremely unhelpful and had a far from empathetic customer service leaving me a quite passive aggressive email asking something I already had replied to him.
After I forwarded the email showing I had answered his question already,
I was never replied again.
It’s been 1 month and a half and I still have no news about something that would be very important for me to know before moving to a new town. And I am sure it’s something he could have easily checked for me

Thanks for replying to the review. However I did answer to the email, and even forwarded a second time. That it’s not a technical issue as Riccardo did reply to my emails.
And even IF was a technical issue, he had no professionalism handling this.

Decent prices and easy to manage account online. All cleaners are independent, they don't work directly for Helpling, which means it's a bit of a hit and miss. They do a decent job, but you sometimes might stumble upon a not so good cleaner. Luckily it's fairly easy and painful to replace it for someone else online, but it gets a bit annoying after having to change our cleaner 3/4 times over a year.

I have been worned that their service is not reliable and it is a nightmare to get a cleaner and then not have the cleaner cancel on you. I had few good cleaners but
1. It is very hard to get the cleaners scheduled, and you need to wait days for one of them to confirm.

2. Out of 6 attempts two book:
for one they just wrote after a few days of waiting that they could not find a cleaner,
for one the cleaner just did not show up, and they charged me for it as well, so I had to talk to their support
for 2 the cleaners have canceled less than one day before the schheduled cleaning
For none of them they have suggested any compensation for my waisted time!

3. But the last incident was the worse, i have booked cleaners, somehow a cleaner that I have not included in my options, managed to approve my booking. On the time of the cleaning I was at home waiting for him, but they did not show up and did not call. Only 30 minutes after the scheduled time, I saw he left me a message that he was trying to ring my door - on the app - which I do not use, I have asked the support not to pay for this as not only have I not got the service but also wasted my time again, their response was horrible, they only cared about the time the cleaner wasted and did not give me my momeny back - they charged me 3 hours of cleaning for no cleaning at all!!!

4. The website is trciking you into booking more expensive cleaners, by not showing you all cheeper available cleaners, they only way I could see it is by updating my booking - then I suddenly saw there are much more options!

5. They don't tell how you can ask for your data to be removed - which is against the low.

I used the service a few years ago and we had an issue with a specific cleaner at the time. But we have just started using the service again and so far so good. It's the best value cleaning service we've found compared to other cleaning apps.
