This has got the be the worst clean ever seen.
I paid for a deep clean including appliances, the merely wipes over the floors and soft wiped the fridge.
My very expensive shower room tiles and glass panels were left with deep scratches due to them using some sort of wired brush! Then had the audacity to not even wipe over and clean the second bathroom tiles, maybe a blessing I'm disguise...
No skirting, door frames, handles, light switches, cupboard or drawers cleaned, they couldn't even wipe down the from of the cupboard in the kitchen or bathrooms.
Please take a look at their finished 'clean' with my images attached.
The customer service aftercare was just as awful. I am now looking to take these scammers to court and claim my money back for the service they did not deliver! PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. #CowboyCleaner

Amazing service. They dismantled and removed and old running machine for me.
It was very heavy. They were very careful of my mosaic floors on the hall.
Very easy to use. They were very responsive to book. Arrived promptly and were fast and efficient.
I recommend them.

Lazy service and even worse customer service. Now, completely ignoring my emails and refuse to talk to me on the phone. Joke of a company.

End of tenancy clean was required and I am confident we left it cleaner than what the cleaners did. Didn't complete all work I had paid for, including the fridge, worktops, doors and skirting boards.

Spoke with Saleem who was helpful to begin with, arranged a re-clean and promised me a supervisor would attend also. I met the cleaner, no supervisor and the cleaner arrived with a co-op bag of cloths. Very poor.

Carpets were not hoovered properly, carpet clean resulted in creating a dirtier carpet and we lost the whole of our deposit. Despite all the pictures and evidence, I was offered a £50 refund for a £500 service.

Disgusting company, refuse to respond to me, management are non-existent.

Instead of using Hello Services cleaners, set fire to the £500, it'll be better spent!

Terrible experience with this company - we booked an expensive deep clean (£550) for a 4 bedroom house; ticked all the options (fridge, oven, microwave, carpet professional clean, cabinet clean). We then prepared everything so it was easy for them - emptied and turned off fridge, emptied cabinets; we expected a spotless clean to follow. After Clean pictures attached.

We were very wrong - 2 cleaners showed up in the morning, and after 3 hours they said they were done! My wife was at home and started checking the work they did, and noticed that most of the areas were not even touched; the tumble drier had not even been opened (still had some rubber dog toys inside), washing machine not touched, ovens still smelled like food, fridge had a foul smell
still, all cabinets were still dusted - it was appaling; we then asked the cleaners to properly clean these areas, and they seemed to be very disturbed by this and became aggressive and condescending (to quote - ‘the fridge will always smell like food - what do you want me to perfume it?’ - they then sprayed a foul perfume in the fridge and we cannot get the smell out since). They proceeded to pretend to clean, but they still did not touch the oven (we expected the ovens to be at least sprayed with oven cleaner), the cabinets were still dusty, the toilets were dirty. They then insisted on leaving, a total of 4 hours after arriving, even with our consistent complaints that the cleaning was substandard.

We immediately complained to Hello Services with the full description above and pictures - it was like hitting a brick wall. They basically said that ‘per their T&C’s’ they can only send the same team back, to rectify only what was highlighted in the first 6 hours - that was nowhere in the T&C (requirement that the same team needs to come) and that was unacceptable to us due to the demeanor of the cleaners (condescending, refusing to clean where we asked and said it was not up to standard, and aggresive when talking to my wife). To add insult to injury, they offered a £10 refund (which is minimal compared to the amount we paid for a professional clean).

Do not use or trust this company for any service - we are £550 out of pocket and we got no recourse or attempt to rectify the issues we raised. We got what was less than a standard domestic clean (usually priced at £16 per hour) and paid £120 per hour, which is insane.

They assaulted me, trashed my house and stole my keys

I booked an end of tenancy clean with this company. They sent me via email the company's payment police which is either:
1) pay by bank transfer before the day of the job; or
2) pay by cash on the day of the job.
I intended to pay them cash on completion of the work.

When the cleaning crew arrived, they told my Mother (who allowed them in) that they will not start working before I make a bank transfer instead of paying cash. They also asked her to hand the keys to them which she did. I did the payment immediately, showed them the proof of it, and they started working.

Two hours later, I come in (a single female, alone) to get the keys back and inspect the works. The cleaning crew then tells me that they have not received the payment which I know to be false because my bank had sent me email confirmation that it was received. I show them the email confirmation, but they deny that they asked me to make the bank transfer upfront and that they received the payment.
From this point, they started threatening me, occupying my house and witholding the keys until I pay again the full amount, in cash. I kept refusing and referring to the proof of receipt of payment. As I kept refusing to pay twice and asked them to hand me back my keys, their attitude grew more and more hostile and transparent in its attempt at intimidation so I called the police.

When they understood that I would not give them extra money and that they started to attract attention from the police and neighbours, they tried to leave with my keys. I therefore took pictures of the crew to show to the police later, which enraged them. They then assaulted me to try to destroy my phone, and threw trash bags and dirty liquid (see picture) all over my place before they left in their car with my keys.

20 minutes later, a member of the crew came back to offer to my keys in exchange for me deleting their picture, which I did to recover the keys. 5 minutes after, the manager (conveniently) sent me the receipt of payment.

I will be making a civil claim against the company, and the police is now investigating the criminal claim I made against the crew members.

Worst decision Iv ever made, called this company for cleaners in Nottingham for a Deep Clean. Paid £342. The cleaner used corrosive solution to wipe my kitchen cabinets and damaged 9 cabinet doors and a cooking hub screen.
I made a complaint and was completely blocked that I had no evidence despite all the pictures. I was asked to provide pictures of my cabinet doors before the damage and on that basis concluded no evidence available. I explained I would not have proof protected my kitchen by taking picture in anticipation of the cleaner damaging it. I explained that the fact that neither my self or the cleaner pointed out any damage prior to the cleaning should by itself be proof. I asked in 5 different emails for the contacts of the company owner but was blocked completely. The company would not send someone to have a look at the damage.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL service and even MUCH WORST customer service.

Hello Services has under its umbrella a number of individual cleaning companies and so one doesn’t know who is coming until on the day.
Once used it is possible to request the same group of cleaners if one was happy first time round.
I would request the same three cleaners again who did a deep clean for me recently after some heavy building work.
However, one star was knocked off as some high ledges had been not cleaned, still thick with builder’s dust.
Overall, what was cleaned was cleaned extremely well.

This is the first time I have ever worked with professionals for cleaning service - and Hello Services were wonderful! It's great to get to work with fellow migrants in the area. I worked with MAGDA and KINGA for my end-of-tenancy cleaning. They were lovely and friendly, full of smiles. They have of course made the flat I am moving out of look and smell amazing. The communications processes were also so friendly - Magda phoned me to share timings, so did ISABELLE when I had to change the appointment. The website is simple to use, transparent, with clear breakdown of costs etc etc. Thank you and I'll definitely work with you again if I have the opportunity to do so!
