I recently hired GoldMaids to clean my new home. Stephanie and Natalia did an amazing job cleaning and getting my new home ready to move into. The previous owner had left a dark black grease stain on my small balcony from their flat top grill and I was worried that it had permanently stained the space. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Stephanie and Natalia were able to completely remove the stain, making the space look brand new again!! They did such a stellar job that I decided to sign up for continuing monthly service with GoldMaids. Since my first appointment in May 2024, Stephanie has been back to clean as well as Leanna. Every cleaner the GoldMaids team has sent out have done a superb job and I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for an affordable cleaning team with great attention to detail!! I have had issues with other cleaning services in the past and am thrilled to have a found a service I can trust and rely on!

The GetJobber scheduling tool they use is super helpful for me to manage my appointments, keep my calendar updated, and plan ahead for each cleaning. The cleaners always arrive on time, ready to get started!

I'd also like to extend a BIG Thank You to Tristan and Juliana for consistent follow up after each cleaning to ensure satisfaction with the service. I greatly appreciate the impeccable customer service!!

Although the service is a little bit more expensive than we are accustomed to, we do believe it was worth it overall and will be signing up for biweekly services going forward.

Update from my previous review after a second visit: They are improving by the minute, they took care exceptionally of a few things they didn’t worked well on the first visit, really happy with the results.

Really good company. Good communication, punctual, very professional employees. Very good with after service follow up.
Still have some room for improvement and become a 5 stars, but they are definitely on the right track. Keep up the good work.
