When our housekeeper retired after many years, I turned to Yelp to find someone new to try out. I was super impressed with the outstanding Yelp reviews for First Class so I gave them a call. I was treated with great professionalism, and I made arrangements to have 2 housekeepers come to clean for 2 1/2 hours. They did outstanding work, went above and beyond to put everything back in its exact place, and made adorable paper fans with our paper towels and even embossed our toilet paper. I'm a big fan of small details. And the price was less than what we've been paying for years!

First Class Cleaning Service came in clutch one day when our old maid was messing up. Our old maid was stealing and not cleaning correctly so we had to find someone instantly. I reached out to First Class through a recommendation and I have been very happy since! They are always on time, honest, loyal, work with you and try to make you happy. They send pictures of their cleanings and it makes me feel more relaxed as managing an Airbnb far away tends to be hard. They have notified me when things were wrong and it helped with replacing the items and charging the guests. I am so happy that I came across them and look forward to working with them longterm!

Hello,

Please do not send whoever cleaned my house on 4/13/2023 again. I can tell you that she missed so many things it's not even funny:

Master bath countertops had marks where splashes of water had dried and left a mark. Not cleaned.
Master toilet not cleaned. (Photo attached.)
Master nightstands not cleaned or wiped down.
75% of kitchen countertops were not wiped down. Had dust from the last cleaner that I had to I clean and this cleaner did the same thing. I will wipe it down. (Photo attached.)
Kitchen sink not cleaned completely. Dried food left on backsplash.

It seems we keep getting our wires crossed. I've been asking to have the same cleaner come each time but it's always someone different who shows up who's never been here before. Your girl Maria is who I'd like to have. Please send her my number so I can speak with her to find out when she's available.
