First time I’ve used Fastklean - this was for an oven clean, which was brilliant - oven now like new. Very reasonable price. Good availability and when I messed up the time, they kindly agreed to return. I will definitely use again for other cleaning jobs !

The communication with the account manager was smooth.
The staff on the first day was on time and did a good job, the guy who was coordinating the others was really polite and professional.
On the 2nd day the staff arrived on site 1h later than expected and I was advised from the office that they always have a 2h time window to show up and I wasn't made aware of that. I think it's really important to specify this at the time of the booking.
I have also received a follow up call on the services provided on a Saturday. I would really discourage to call people on the weekend as it's quite disturbing.
Anyway, overall a good experience.

Firstly they quoted me a higher price. Then I paid and booked a slot 10 to 12pm for a oven clean. No one turned up, so I called only to be told the workers car had broken down
I had to cancel as they was no more available slots I would be at home.

The refund has still not come through, when I call they say 5 to 7 days? Bank transfers can be done as quickly as the same day.
I will not be using them again. Poor service.

These cleaners were fabulous, they managed to clean the grout that was yellowing and starting to spread in our bathroom. They also cleaned the glass staircase, on top of shelves and the oven. I would definitely call these guys again! Thank you!

The FastKlean team were very efficient, in time and did a thorough job of cleaning our flat (chose the end of tenancy cleaning). Reasonably priced but for the service offered it was very well worth it. Thank you!

Had professional oven cleaning done by FastKlean recently and it was one of the best services I’ve ever had. From booking to completion of the job it was a stress free experience. The chap that did the cleaning was on time, very polite, professional and efficient and did an amazing job with the oven. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services without a doubt
