Fantastic service! Our 3.5-seater fabric lounge was filthy after 3 years of use - this included 2 moves dropping cushions on roads/squishing it into vans next to BBQ etc and 3 dogs at times - but it’s looking like new now!
The technician was super thorough, taking almost 2 hours to clean it. Very professional and great comms!

I had my windows cleaned and Tower and his assistant did a brilliant job given all my doors and windows have a design which is quite difficult to clean but in spite of this my windows and doors (including screen doors) came up shining and very very clean! I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to everyone!

I had an exceptionally frustrated and stressful experience with Fantastic Services (FS) for cleaning. FS is an NDIS-registered provider but has no respect for participants and have completely disregarded my communication preferences and wasted my time.

I initially scheduled a service for Thursday at 11 am, but they called—despite my explicit request to communicate only by text or email due to a disability—and asked to reschedule to Friday at 11 am. I rearranged my day to accommodate this change, only to be left waiting with NO contact on the day of the appointment. Finally, at 12:40 pm—a full 1 hour and 40 minutes late—they tried calling me again, ignoring my multiple prior requests for text or email only. When I finally reached someone by text, they wanted to reschedule yet AGAIN, this time for Saturday at 2 pm.

After responding immediately that I was unavailable and wanted to cancel all services, they STILL confirmed the appointment for Saturday and continued calling, even trying to change the time on the day of to make it earlier!! It’s clear they ignore clients’ requests and treat your time as disposable.

As an NDIS provider, it’s shocking they would ignore a client's clear communication needs and lack any regard for your time. Despite failing to provide service at the agreed-upon time, 'Zoe' emailed saying that normally there would be a 48-hour cancellation fee but 'customer service' decided to waive it. The audacity to blame me rather than owning up to their own faults. This is completely unreasonable given their repeated rescheduling, no notice about not turning up on time and them confirming a rescheduled appt after I have stated that I am not available and blatantly ignoring my request to cancel.

If you need reliability, respect, and proper communication—especially as an NDIS participant—I strongly recommend avoiding Fantastic Services. The stress is not worth it and the constant phone calls felt like harassment after explicitly stating to contact via email or text only. I have informed them on everything that has happened along the way so this review will not come to a surprise to them.

I typically don't do bad reviews, so this is weird for me

We have used this company for a few years, sporadically, but found them to be unreliable

Most of the issues we've had are related to poor communication or poor quality cleaning

Communication issues arise because you're going through a middleman, they don't always tell you if things are cancelled, and the middleman doesn't work on the weekend (you'll just get a bot that can only take a message). They give the cleaner your number but don't give you the contact details for your cleaner so if anything unexpected happens you can't reach out

On more than one occasion I was left waiting for hours, sometimes i'd get a message sometimes I wouldn't

In terms of quality, we've had a handful of genuinely decent cleaners but the quality varies significantly and some of them were not good at all. If the quality isn't good they offer to send someone else out to fix it but I don't have time for that. They also offered a voucher and that was nice initially, but then I realized I'd just be paying for unpredictable quality again

So I gave it a good shot but I'll be searching for an alternative

UPDATE: DON'T BE FOOLED! This company respond to negative reviews and pretend that they care about making things right when they don't. I went back and forth and all they offered was a $50 voucher as a 'good will gesture' and they said this is them going 'above and beyond.' They clearly only offered that because they know there's no way in hell we'd hire them again. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

TERRIBLE!!! Do not hire their services. My partner and I are very tolerable, easy going, and never leave bad reviews unless something is seriously wrong. We hired them for an end of lease full apartment clean and had to clean the whole place ourselves after. They missed cupboards, left residue, did half a job on the entire place. Then we had to call and call to get a reply to our complaint. Then they eventually offered us a pathetic amount of money back. They even said - we don't usually offer this much. They shouldn't be regularly offering money back anyway - they should be delivering the service they promise. Awful experience.

Luis cleaned our windows so well. Very happy with his work. He was very professional and cleaned up well. Would highly recommend him.

Amazing. Had an accident needed a mattress cleaned immediately. Booked Sunday Morning, turned up at 10am. Did an amazing job. Would definitely use these guys again. Very professional and we were really impressed especially since it was a Sunday. Cost was good also.

professional people. high quality service. Prompt and efficient. Pricey yes but worth it. Got end of lease cleaning done and I had peace of mind. Would recommend! They kept me updated and informed me of when they were nearly finished and allowed me to review their work before finishing up and leaving.
