I had the honor and privilege of meeting Brandon Witten a few years back when he installed the roof for one of my dear friends. She was very happy with the process and finished product. He prides himself on customer service and excellence above all else. Recently, I referred him to a neighbor who had been denied by his home owners insurance and he has been very attentive to their needs on repairs and is working to get them the replacement they deserve. Brandon does what he says and leaves the job better than he found it.

Brandon at Family Tree Roofing was incredible to work with. His motto is to treat all his customers like family, and it shows. I had never had to have a roof replaced and was a bit intimidated by the cost and process. Brandon instantly made me feel at ease as he explained everything thoroughly. Brandon with Family Tree Roofing is very professional and friendly. He performs and documents a roof inspection, meets with the insurance adjustor and works with the insurance company. We had rapid scheduling of the new roof which was completed except for the gutters in one day. The company is quick to correct any problems or unfinished work. Brandon explained the insurance work and responded to all insurance requests in a timely manner.
So far, Five near neighbors have had roof replacements done or scheduled.

Family Tree Roofing just completed a full roof replacement on my home. I could not be happier with the outcome.
Brandon worked tirelessly to assure I received the best outcome. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. His team was very professional. They removed and replaced my roof quickly, yet with great care. They were careful to clean up everything at the end of the job, even removing an old unused satellite dish that had been left on my roof years ago.

I cannot recommend them enough. My partner & I purchased a new house and there were some roofing concerns. I reached out to Family Tree Roofing and they were incredibly helpful. I had been fighting with our insurance company after the Father’s Day wind storm and the hail storm in October.
Other roofing companies wouldn’t even fight for us. However Jacob fought for us, every time I started to get pushback from our insurance, Jacob continued to fight for us with even calling the claims department on my behalf. I’ve never had anyone go to bat for us like Jacob did and he made sure to inform us every step of the way till
Completion.
While the roof was being replaced, the guys made sure to clean up after themselves and did the job in one day. All the neighbors were surprised how fast the guys worked and how professional they were.
