Steer clear!!! Would not recommend! Paid close to $1000 for end of lease clean including blinds, carpet steam clean and balcony. Cleaners arrived around 9am all was looking good and we left them to do their job. Came back about 5 hours later to find no one there and no cleaning done!
Called to see what was happening was assured don’t worry we have a team of 6 we will get it done quick. We then Received the condition report from the real estate and basically every room needed to be redone. The after photos looked as though they had just wiped down benches and cleaned where the fridge and washing machine has been. It didn’t look any better then what I had left it.
We booked this service to take the stress out of moving and exit cleaners made it nothing but stressful. They say you get what you pay for and for $1000 you’d think it would be immaculate!
The real estate then took over and arranged to meet them and get them to redo the job ,so waiting to hear back from them whether it was rectified and I’ll get my bond back, if not I will be seeking a refund. Unacceptable!!
I’ll also add that they take the full payment out of your account before they even do the job.
