I had requested a moveout / deep clean of our rental house and received mediocre results. I feel like at a surface level things are clean but:
- if you check the carpet/floor you still see a lot of dog hair everywhere
- corners and edges were dusted but there was still a lot of debris, i don't think it was wiped
- underneath the toilet; where the water jets out was not cleaned, you can see the grime still

I give it a 3/5 because, as I mentioned, the house looks clean, but once you look closer, there are so many small details that were missed.

Bedrooms and bathrooms always are left with a special touch, like a five star hotel! The entire team is friendly, professional, on time and super quick but thorough. Definitely recommend!

They are professional, have arrived on time exactly when they say they will, and have done a wonderful job cleaning.
