Horrible...
We moved recently and the day we moved in there were alot of cleaning needing done. I called Eco Cleaning. They were very nice to get someone out there that day. That was where the good part ended.
This company promised me 2 people for 4 hours. I got 1 for 4 hours and 1 for an hour. The gentleman that came out was very nice but still overlooked alot of detail cleaning.
After the cleaning, the office called me and discussed payment. The agreed amount was $500.00, for 4 hours for 2 people. I told her I would pay for 1 person 4 hours and 1 person 1 hour. She said that I got everything done I had asked for. I told her there was more they could of done had I had 2 people the whole time.
She became very belligerent with me. I told her I felt firmly I would pay for what I got in service. The conversation ended there. She never sent a bill out to me, either snail mail or email.
6 weeks later I got a letter from a collection agency for $1300.00. She had been charging me for every day i hadnt paid. With never getting a bill how was i to kno?
I am presently in process of clearing this matter up.
Be ware of this company. They are all too willing to commit to you but not deliver what the say. The professionalism of this person was nothing shy of insulting. She was not willing to talk to me, she constantly talking at me, feeling she could over power me. That doesn't settle well with me. I will talk to people the same way I would expect to be talked to.

I’m pleased with Eco Clean Ellie’s service so far. My house was cleaned in a timely fashion and the tech, Mark, was delightful. Ellie is easy to get a hold of for questions. I have just a couple tweaks to work out but am looking forward to next time!

I just used Eco Clean Ellie’s for the fourth time. I’ve kept using them because I’m very happy with the job they do. This time they sent Nayomi and she did an excellent cleaning job and was punctual and very pleasant to deal with. I also feel good about using Eco Clean Ellie because my research showed Ellie is community minded and treats her employees well, both of which are important to me. I will continue to use Eco Clean Ellie to keep my house clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This cleaning company is phenomenal! If you were looking for a group that is understanding, cordial, courteous, and awesome then look no further. The service provided was fairly priced and definitely competitive. They squeezed us in to their busy schedule on fairly short notice and did an excellent job. 10/10 would use their service again.

Unauthorized charge on my card. I was honest about the state of my home, everything had been tidied up, but it hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time. I was told a high price for cleaning just my main floor, but I figured I was willing to pay for a good deep clean. The cleaner was late, was slow, and rushed out after 5.5 hours without finishing the job. The next day I noticed a charge on my card for $95 higher than I had agreed to. I called and was told that it took the cleaner longer than expected so I had to be charged for an extra hour. I was never told an hourly rate, I was told a price for the job. And I never consented to an increased charge. I shouldn't be punished because the cleaner is slow. If the house was worse than expected than the cleaner should have said so in the beginning. The owner was apologetic and said she would come out and finish the job herself the next day and give me a $95 return. The next day I sat and sat and waited for her to show up but she never did. I tried to call and text, but no response. A few days later when I finally get her on the phone she was very rude to me. She claimed that I was lying about the job not being done. If she had showed up when she said she was going to she could have seen for herself. She also said that I told him he didn't have to clean the oven. Why would I say that? I specifically mentioned the oven when I booked the job. Why would I pay extra for a less thorough job than I had agreed to? She did acknowledge that I never agreed to the increased price and agreed to give me the $95 credit. Well, it's been another 7 business days since then and still nothing. So I check in again and she just tells me to check my spam folder, and there's nothing from them, no response. She's obviously going to keep on blowing me off. I should have read the reviews from others with similar experiences.

I'm torn between giving the business a one-star or five-star. The cleaning technicians are stellar! I would recommend the technicians to anyone who is looking for a clean whether it be residential or commercial. The ownership of the business is well below standards. Customers are charged full-price even when told they are getting a discount. For marketing purposes, customers are bombarded w/ texts, emails, calls which is excessive to say the least considering customers won't receive the discounts promoted. I highly recommend every customer write down date, time, and summary of the conversation when they speak to the owner because she will forget the conversation and turn around and charge a different price/ full-price when billing the customer. The owner should count her blessings for having the staff that she does because w/out the cleaning technicians, the business would be a bust. The techs are the reason customers are satisfied, not because the "business" is awesome. In fact the business is chaotic and full of drama. Employees leave because management is unpredictable and sporadic. They are offered raises that never come to fruition because the owner doesn't remember telling techs they are getting raises. Again shout out to the cleaning technicians at Eco Clean but ownership is lacking and that is putting it kindly.
