I never thought we could afford to have a cleaning service, but now I’ve learned we can’t afford not to. Making this decision has helped my family gain our weekends back and decreased stress in our home. I am so thankful I chose this company! They have been accommodating, prompt to reply and have worked with me to find the perfect schedule and perfect cleaner for our home. Jess M is absolutely amazing!! Not only does she have an incredible attention to detail, she is also kind and reliable. Everyone we’ve encountered has been wonderful, but Jess made our decision (to continue regular cleanings) an easy one. I never worry about if she missed anything because she is so thorough and goes above and beyond expectations. Thanks to Jess and everyone at Dust & Mop for helping us realize that this optional service for our family is actually a necessity.

I can not say enough about the services provided by Dust and Mop- Kelsey and Kaylee, specifically. Their kindness and attention to detail was the icing on the cake! There is not a spec of dust in my house, the floors shine, the bathrooms smell like my favorite hotel, and the appliances are finger-print free! I am overly pleased with the outcome and extremely grateful for the opportunity to welcome them into my home. I highly recommend you do the same!!

We’ve had a couple of cleaning services over the years, and we very much appreciate the work (and engagement) the staff at Dust and Mop have with us. The house feels clean- sometime other services have covered over smells or tried heavy cleaners, but this one feels like my home. I really enjoy that coming home to my house feeling after they come through!

Great house cleaning service! The cleaning crew arrived on time and worked hard and until the job was done! The office staff is very responsive and ready to help too! Would certainly recommend!

Edit - 3/15/24 - another great result! This time I got some pictures before we started “living” in the house again!

We chose dust and mop based on their amazing reviews. We were not disappointed! We signed up for biweekly cleaning and just had our initial clean done. The team was incredible and did a stellar job in our home. Not only were they friendly and professional, but they were also impressively meticulous. The staff knew we had children and even left a special treat for them upon their departure, along with a personalized note for our family. I couldn’t be more pleased with the wonderful job they did and look forward to having them back in our home!
