I’ve never gotten dryer vents cleaned so I don’t have a comparison to go by, but I was very pleased with this company. Their online booking form was pretty quick and easy with appointments available the next day even.

I got a text when their guy was on his way. Mitchell, the tech who came out, was kind and informative. He checked out the condo’s vent set up before giving me a price and explaining what factors go into it. He took before and after video, and showed them to me before handling payment. Mitchell also took the time to explain what things to look out for if my dryer stops drying properly and fire hazards, without talking down to me. I also had them put me in their system to contact me in 2 years for the next cleaning, which is the recommended cadence. 5 stars!

Mitchell was phenomenal. Professional, courteous, honest and helpful. He showed me videos of everything so I could see what was happening and what was needed. Turned out that our dryer did not have a vent coming out of the roof - it looked like it did but was actually just buttressed up against the ceiling inside the roof. He fixed it for a reasonable price. He showed me the video of the exterior vent on the roof top so I could see everything was sealed water tight without climbing up there myself. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
