Had them come yesterday to clean my sectional, I was quoted a starting amount of $150, I understand that that price can increase however not over double (ended up being $375). I asked the man if there was any cheaper way, he said not this couch if I want to make sure I get the stains out. “It will be a brand new couch!” (Stains being from dirty dogs, nothing crazy). So I said whatever ok. He told me he would be steaming the couch as well. When he was finished, there was water all over my living room floors/rug. Next to the couch, we have Sonos speakers & subwoofer that had water puddled on top of them, still plugged in. He didn’t move anything away, and I’m not aware of a steamer putting that much water out. It will also ruin my couch if you clean it with water. He then gave me an invoice (with a different company name) and had me write a check to 3rd company with a different name! Now that the couch is pretty much dry, I can also see there are still stains! I honestly feel like I have been robbed and would really appreciate it if I got my money back, but all they want to do is send someone over to clean again. I don’t want them to clean again. Hope they can make this right.
