We have used Clima pool centre's services for almost 15 years and never had any complaints about what they offered us. For example, last year our pool needed renovation of the grouts, replacement of some tiles and a new light. They gave us a fair price and did an excellent job. Our pool was like new, see below. The quotation given on time and agreed on upfront, There were no surprises when we paid the bill and we knew upfront there would be some colour difference between old and new, because after 23 years, the exact same tiles were not produced anymore. This is a small family business and they have never been nothing but professional, friendly and with a nice personal approach. Therefore I was surprised to read no less than six, mostly un motivated complaints, resulting in one star reviews. Typically these were all posted on the same day, three weeks ago? I have seen this before, one person is unhappy with a service and ask friends and family to post negative reviews for the same thing, with no other reason than to destroy a business reputation. There are always two stories to be told as it most likely is in this case too. I won't hesitate to use Clima pool center's services for the next years as well and wish them all the best.

Het zijn oplichters je kan er als buitenlander beter niet mee werken . Eerst prijs offerte gevraagd om een paar tegels van het zwembad toe te voegen die gevallen waren en de gleufjes ertussen terug netjes af te werken het ging volgens hen 10 dagen duren en 1940€ uiteindelijk heeft het bijna 3 maanden geduurd , de toegevoegde tegels zijn een volledig andere kleur , en het grapje kost net geen 3000€ . Ze komen af wanneer ze willen een uurtje hier een uurtje daar het meisje die de telefoon opneemt kan nooit een antwoord geven van wanneer ze wel of niet afkomen soms brengen ze zonder toestemming hun honden mee terwijl het mijn dieren afschrikt…. Ik zet geen stap meer in die winkel binnen !!!!

Catastrophique, j'ai laissé faire la rénovation des carrelages manquant de ma piscine, et je suis resté bloqué chez moi pendant 1 mois ne sachant jamais quand et à quelle heure ils allaient revenir. Et pour finir une facture bien plus élevée que le devis. Je ne recommande absolument pas pour des travaux de rénovation.
