DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They didnt clean a single thing and they were supposed to clean my carpets but never did. They charged me the full amount which was £189.00 and they cost me an additional £600 in damages!!!!! I tried to call the owner and he was extremely hostile. He is refusing to give me money back, he wont send another cleaner and now he is unresponsive now.

Edit: I didn't even bother writing the review as I was so disgusted with their service. They sent a different cleaner asking if it was ok for a man to do the job. I thought it was a weird question, but it all made sense when the house was left almost as it was before they coming in. They complained we had a few boxes (the boxes were in a room and the untidy areas were outside.

They sent a cleaner after we had left the apartment, like a week after or so, but the landlord still charged me for cleaning fees as it was still dirty.

Worst money I have ever spent in my life.

Verify dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service received. Push for deep clean service or hire two cleaners for to clean one double bedroom and powder toilet. Lazy cleaners. Needed more money for short work.
Luckily found the new cleaner on the same day for same job and paid £60.

Choose LITERALLY any other cleaning service than this one.
We are in the midst of a nightmare with this company.

They were supposed to come on a Monday for an end of tenancy cleaning, with extra services paid for. On Monday, the cleaners came, yelled in Russian at my flatmate for 10 minutes, refused to do the extra services even though we showed them the receipt, stayed until 6pm, and then left the flat barely cleaned: fridge was disgusting, bathroom left untouched... see pictures for more details if you'd like.

They then spent all of Tuesday ignoring all our phone calls. We know this because we called them from a different phone and they immediately answered. Wow. Ready to steal more money from innocent victims.

On Wednesday, after threatening to not pay them (because luckily they were paid on a credit card so we could block their charge), they finally called back to say they could send cleaners on thursday.

On thursday, one sole woman comes to the flat, refuses to clean parts of the flat SHE HAS BEEN PAID TO CLEAN, and cherry on top, comes unequipped. SHE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A VACCUM.

At this point we call management, explain the whole situation, and advise them that we won't be paying them because of how utterly unprofessional they are and quite simply because the flat is still filthy, three days after our supposed move in.

Her answer? Hanging up and immediately sending a bill by email. Her name was Kristine by the way, I'll name drop her because she is the devil disguised in a maid's outfit.

Just for your own sanity, choose literally anyone else, and save yourselves.

Used this company for my end of tenancy professional cleaning. It is not professional cleaning at all, I had to go back myself and clean after! They don't clean the windows outside which is fair enough and is explained in the terms and conditions but they didn't clean inside either as there was still spider webs and mould build up in the windows which I had to clean out after. The glass of the windows were clean just to eye level as above the blinds wasn't even touched. Some places in the bath weren't clean such as the wall in the bath as still had some stains and marks.
The floor was very poorly mopped, there were still foot prints visible on the floor and it smell really badly like the floor has been mopped by a very dirty mop and dirty water! When contacted the company complaining about it they were not helpful at all. My inspection was the next day in the morning and my landlady is very particular and I really need to get my deposit back so I had to do what was left to clean myself otherwise the return of my deposit will be delayed even further! I tried to request for at least some sort of compensation but they do not care at all! Please avoid using this company. They charge me £150 for a very poor quality cleaning, any other person will do better and I am sure the cleaner spent most of his time smoking then cleaning as in the courtyard next to the drain were a lot of cigarette butts junked in the drain which I obviously had to clean out after!!! I am sure there are really professional companies which can do much better job.

Good communication. One of the cleaner came did good job as instructed, will recommend!

I used them for an end of tenancy clean. The end result was very good with lovely ladies carrying out the clean.
However, the process and management, the manager in particular were dreadful, and as such I would steer clear of this company.

On booking I explained the size of the property, which is big but in very good condition. In the days before I was called many times to change the time of the clean and during these calls they said only one person was coming, which just wasn’t sufficient for the job. Eventually they confirmed 2 would be there. Again and again I had to reconfirm the size of the house and they had the address to check it on google.

On arrival I was called to say I would have to pay an additional £200 as the house was bigger than expected. The manager was rude and said he would cancel the job if this wasn’t paid. Seeing as I had an inspection that night, I was stuck so had to continue. The manager was a complete crook, and I never want to deal with him again. He said over and over he would call me, but never did.

I feel sorry for the lovely ladies working for him as they are being exploited.

We have used the end of tenancy service a few years ago and we recently booked them again, we were really happy with the service, the flat was sparkling clean and our landlord even asked if we can pass by the name of the company as they were impressed with the condition the flat was left. Huge shout out to Zdravko who made sure to cover every corner of the flat!
