Loved working with C&C. Kody and his crew were great working with and knew exactly what I wanted even when I changed the idea for the surround. Thanks I’m so happy with my new electric fireplace. Just what I wanted. Now to find the right tile to finish it.
Finished the tile.
Updating the brick is painted white.

Tate & Austin were very professional and likeable. They drove up in a real business company work truck. They were neat and clean. Devin and Austin completed the annual inspection on my gas fireplace. They called before coming and arrived on time. They briefly explained what they were going to do and then worked quickly and efficiently. Upon completion they provided me with an explanation of all the work they had done, and included photos of their work each step of the way. I am confident that my fireplace remains safe to use and it is certainly comforting addition to the house on colder winter mornings. I continue to be impressed with the consistent high quality customer service that C&C Chimney provides.

Excellent service. On time and called to let me know when they would be arriving. Cody inspected my fireplace and told me that I had 4 dead squirrels that were causing a fly issue in my house. He explained what I needed to fix it. His crew came out and fixed a few days later and I am very satisfied.

Cody did an outstanding job. He was thorough and explained every step along the way. The report provided afterwards is a nice touch. He even put covers on his feet and placed a matt around the work area. We couldn't even tell he had been there - other than the fireplace looking great!

Received a call from C&C the day prior to my appointment to confirm my appointment. The day of the appointment they called with an approximate arrival time. Tate and Chad were the techs that arrived very professional, polite and on time. Review of the visit from last year for the duct cleaning & replacement of ductwork, fireplace inspection. The flow of air had improved significantly since the repairs. Glass doors were cleaned. Everything is in working order. Ready for the next year. Thank you for a job well done

I have a home built in 1930 with original fireplace and chimney. The chimney had been leaking due to mortar deterioration, and the unusual design of the fire box rendered it unusable for live fires. We had the holes patched and new dampers put on the dual chimney (one a dummy flue) to prevent further exposure to the elements. We also had the gas fireplace changed to utilize electric logs. The logs came in broken and we moved forward with the repair of the chimney and removal of an old brass front fixture of the fireplace. The two technicians at that time were friendly and easy to work with. Cody Hartley did a great job walking me through their repair that took multiple hours. The second set of logs came in cracked and we were on hold for installation a second time. The third set came in and were deemed ready for install. A second set of technicians came out, Kody and Chad. They, too, were friendly and considerate of my time and concerns. They quickly installed the logs. I really appreciated that they also notified me of an unusual character walking around outside that seemed a little suspicious, reminding me to lock up when I left for work due to his presence. That additional attention to detail and my safety was much appreciated...thank you Kody and Chad! C&C Chimney is good company that hires diligent people that can confidently consult and repair your chimney issues.
