No los contrate directamente pues tengo que ser honesta vivo en un condominio el cual el maneger solicitó sus servicios pues en ausencia mía el apartamento sufrió de humedad vino el primer día todo muy bien pusieron los equipos al otro día fui visitada por uno de sus trabajadores y honestamente creo que tiene una mala y muy despota forma rompieron cuadros en el cuarto de mi hija y ni dijeron nada y se fueron escurridizos al día siguiente lunes los trabajadores que estaban realizando el piso desconectaron y sacaron unos equipos hacia afuera en el portal de entrada y cuando llegaron ellos ni un saludo sólo recogieron y se fueron todavía estoy esperando a que realicen la limpieza de la carpeta deben contratar personal más amable y cortes

I recently had a hardwood flooring crew come out to restore my hard wood flooring. The floor looks amazing but preparation and housekeeping was completed avoided. We called to discuss our situation and my wife was transferred to the tech instead of customer service and my wife was talked to in a very rude manner the tech stated numerous times. “What do you want me to do about it” like it wasn’t his issue. I was told taping off the baseboards was ignored because I told the tech my house was under renovations.

The two Techs were fantastic. Knew exactly what they were doing. Both were so nice and polite, the type people you would want as family and/or friends. They cleaned up very nicely after they finished. Showed me pictures of before and after. I REALLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE HAVING THIS DONE. THE DIFFERENCE IN THE AIR QUALITY AND COOLNESS IS UNBELIEVABLE.
