I’m not one to usually write reviews, but this experience warranted one. Upon booking at Calibre, I wanted to organise a deep clean for my apartment. After explaining that I wanted the walls and ceilings done, they recommended an ‘end of lease clean’ even though we still live here. This meant that I would pay an additional fee to have the furniture cleaned, which I agreed to.
Following the clean, my partner came home and was told they weren’t able to do the ceilings because it ‘wasn’t accessible’ - but I had specifically requested one week prior to the clean to ensure it could be done.
When I arrived home, I walked around to find they hadn’t actually cleaned the dining room table and chairs or underneath it (which I paid an additional fee for), the laundry and the skirting boards, so I sent photos across to request a re-clean. The second time they arrived, they cleaned and asked me to check. I got down to check and wiped my hand along the floor to find dust/grime which would easily have been mopped had they gone over it, the laundry was barely spot cleaned and the skirting boards dusted. I proceeded to get up the inclusions list because I felt bad about asking them to please just complete the clean that was meant to be provided. I’m in my 20’s, I never organise cleaners because we don’t mind cleaning ourselves but thought it would be a nice treat for us to arrive home to, after our holiday. Honestly would not recommend this service from start to finish. Hopefully calibre can resolve these issues for the future.

I recently had my home cleaned by Calibre Cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. They paid attention to every detail, leaving my home sparkling clean.

I was especially impressed with how they tackled tough areas that I hadn't been able to manage on my own. The friendly staff took the time to understand my specific needs and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. It felt like a breath of fresh air walking into my home afterward!

Worst experience Ive had with an end of lease clean. House will still filthy. Ruined the knob on the oven. Walls were still dirty. Ensuite was atrocious!!! And these pictures are just one room!!!
And they lied and said was present the whole day and was satisfied when they left. I popped in and out twice during the day and had to tell them clean certain areas that they’d missed. And I left before them. I turned up the next morning and all the lights were still left on. Terrible experience!!! I’m now having to pay someone else to clean it properly

SCAM–AVOID CALIBRE CLEANING AT ALL COSTS

My experience with Calibre Cleaning was a complete disaster. They damaged my property, accusing me of it, and refused to take responsibility even laughing as they walked away. Their cleaning job was sloppy, leaving marks on the walls and ignoring crucial areas like door frames and the bathroom fan. To make matters worse, they stole cleaning products from my bathroom. When I tried to address these issues with their boss, I was met with indifference. He told me "why can't you just fix it yourself" and then did not answer my calls. Save yourself the trouble and money—stay far away from this unprofessional company.

Paid extra to have balcony windows cleaned and they were a streaky mess. Showers and mirrors were all streaky and will have to call a different cleaner to come in and do them properly. Had to leave to UK urgently the next day after cleaning and emailed upon my return about my frustration and told that as it wasn’t within 48 hours they wouldn’t do anything. Terrible service. Would never use them again.

BEWARE!!!! Do NOT use & DON’T give them your credit card details. They stole money from my VISA card, they NEVER provided any cleaning service but fraudulently took funds & kept changing the cleaning service saying why don’t you SKIP a week!!! They hadn’t even commenced any cleaning services OR work. However, they were happy to siphon my VISA card.
LIARS & THIEVES.
REPORTED to NSW Police & NAB bank for UNAUTHORIZED deduction of funds from my credit card.

Please do not book this company. Very good on the sales pitch, but terrible service. I booked 4 weeks in advance for my end of lease clean, I also booked carpet cleaning services with them as well. They made 3 changes in times and dates to my booking. Which I accepted as not a big issue. The cleaners arrived with no professional carpet cleaning equipment, then they called 45 mins later and demanded I pay an additional $280 as they "needed more products to complete the job".

After being placed in a situation where I was out of time, we agreed on a slightly lesser amount $150. Then the cleaners left. Didn't do the clean - making up some excuse they had a family emergency.Then they rebooked me in for another time to clean the next day, when I had handed the keys back to the real estate. I tried to cancel immediately the night before and the next morning and they wanted to charge me $560 cancellation fee.

After 6 calls to the reception, they have now cancelled the service and said no charge. But the whole experience seemed like a scam. I would not book this company.

I am about to make a formal complaint to the Ombudsman. I would not want this to happen to someone else.

I was very happy with the clean. The team was very friendly and listened to the instructions, all items on the list were ticked off and place ended up looking super clean!
