Barbara Farkas came to my apartment yesterday and did a really dazzling job -- especially with the refrigerator that had gotten totally out of control. After her thorough cleaning, the refrigerator looks brand new now! Barbara also did a magnificent job in the bathroom and a great job dusting and cleaning in the other rooms. Barbara is a very lovely person who is a joy to have around. I highly recommend her for any kind of cleaning in the home.

I retained Brook-Clean from across the country to help my Aunt with a deep clean of her apartment in Brooklyn. The communication with Brook-Clean's owner was amazing, timely and efficient. The cleaner, Barbara, showed up on time, interacted with my Aunt (my Aunt absolutely loved her), thoroughly cleaned the apartment, including a deep 3 hour refrigerator clean. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Brook-Clean.

I highly recommend Brook-Clean. We hired them to do a post construction clean of a 4 story home, and a move out clean of a 2 bedroom apartment.
They did an excellent job at both homes. The best I’ve seen. The owner Zsuzsa was very responsive, professional and friendly, which made the moving process less stressful for us. 5 stars!!

We needed to find a new cleaning service for our furnished rentals and required to get one of our apartments cleaned after the last tenants moved out. I booked Brook Clean to assist us and was quite happy with their cleaning service. Zsuzsa was extremely helpful, responsive and had great attention to detail which was everything we hoped to find. Love this place! I left a message and the owner Zsuzsanna called me back immediately and was able to schedule a move-in cleaning last minute on the same day. Very reasonable prices for a thorough cleaning. Csongor arrived to help us within an hour and did an excellent job. Very sweet and lovely people; highly recommend!

In a word, EXCELLENT! I had to schedule cleaning for a deceased relative's home in Brooklyn, and I live out of state. I called Brook-Clean first. I could not be happier with every part of the experience! Zsuzsa was kind and accommodating when she didn't have to accommodate our needs. She was also very clear about logistics, and she obviously is excellent at communication and running this business. Because my relative was recently deceased, she went out of her way to schedule the cleaning, even though the home was geographically out of their normal business area! This was a kindness I will remember. She kept in contact throughout the process and on the day of the cleaning, which made things so much easier for me, being out of state and not able to get to the home being cleaned. She sent a few pictures of the cleaner's work, and it was amazing. The relative's home had been transformed simply by the cleaning, and some areas were unrecognizable to my husband, who had seen the home first-hand before the cleaning. I am filled with gratitude for this service, for the cleaner's job, and for Zsuzsa's amazing work and compassion. They went way beyond in accommodating our needs. When there is a death in the family, this great kindness is like gold to us. Thank you, Zsuzsa and Brook-Clean, from the bottom of our hearts! People, USE THIS SERVICE.
