*Another update*
They finally did show up, hours late but non the less. Bennie the owner actually come out. I'm not sure if he's a working owner or if he was trying to make it right. Either way, he did an amazing job. Over and above.

*Update* my appointment was 40mins ago and nobody has shown up. I've called as well and nobody has returned my call. I also called yesterday to confirm my appointment as I hadn't heard from anyone. I again spoke w the owner who confirmed they would be here today @ 10am.

I just spoke with the owner of this company. He was very nice, super helpful and willing to both accommodate my schedule and charge me a fair price. I recommend this company.

I'll make this quick. If they forget to clean a room, the owner will promise to come back and do the room, but when he doesn't, he won't credit the next service. Instead, lie and say his employee was told not to do the room.
