Had to keep contacting this company everyday to maintain my pool after he came to shock it.
I paid $200 for that and was willing to have regular pool cleaning done.
The owner- pool person Lennox wouldn’t respond to my text ( even though that’s how he communicated)
As a single mother, this is very inconsiderate and exhausting. Now my kids can’t swim for the rest of the summer and I have to find another company.

Mr. Hughes arrived on time and was able to get my problem resolved in 30 minutes. My pump would not prime and I had tried everything that “You tube university “ gave as a resolution. My pool had turned green but Mr. Hughes has put a treatment in the pool to help and left me with sound advice to get my salt water pool back to its original condition. Thank you so very much Mr. Hughes.

Lennox is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable! My property manager has been paying Poolwerx to do the same job Lennox was able to do right the first time. It was important to have a clean pool for memorial day. I called Lennox late on a Friday and he was able to come out on Saturday when everyone else was closed. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and outstanding follow up communication! My pool was left in the cleanest condition I can ever recall!
