Still amazed by the service we received. We had a few parts burn out on our heating unit so I called Airserv. Dan and the other tech showed up the same day, were super professional and looked up the warranties on all the parts. We ended up only paying for labor because all the parts were under warranty. I didn’t even know we had them.

Super thankful I called this company. I highly recommend!!

I regret ever signing up for this business. The man that showed up to my house to inspect my AC system made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was a traumatizing experience and I WILL not recommend to anyone I care about.

We recently changed our service to AireServ and we're glad we did!
Today the a/c in our machine shop was blowing hot air. I called it in, and Dan & Jordan were here in 15 minutes! And, it was fixed and running in less time than that!
Excellent service from these folks. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company for service or install. My experience started with a poor service visit from another company. I called Aire Serv based on a referral from a friend. They were all courteous and responsive. After a couple of visits over a week it was determined I needed a new condenser. Since my furnace was already >20 years old and my failed condenser was on the phased out Freon, it made the most economical sense to have an entirely new system installed.
I spoke to several employees over a few weeks and all were great to work with.
I had a couple of minor cosmetic things that needed to be adjusted after the install and they came right out to resolve to my satisfaction.
This is a reputable company that operates their business as if they want to keep their customers unlike other companies I have dealt with.
