Chris & Willie came in to clean the house air ducts and look into moving our dryer duct. The dryer was 1 year old and started tripping out the temperature sensors. Source of the problem was the dryer duct being too long with too many elbows collecting lint and preventing airflow. Chris rerouted the dryer duct for a shorter run, with attention to detail of having it pulled away from plastic tube water lines, so the heat from the duct wouldn't damage them (picture shows it BEFORE pipe insulation was added to prevent heating of water lines). All the while, Willie efficiently took care of the air ducts. Very professionally done!

Chris and Lee just completed an air duct/vent cleaning along with all three components of our furnace. They were very efficient, thorough and explained their process well. I will sleep better tonight knowing that all that dust and debris is not longer in my house. We try to do a profesional cleaning of our vents and ducts every 4-5 years. We called because our dryer started to overheat and smelled like it was burning. It had been giving us an “af” warning response when we used it even when we cleaned out the lint trap.

We thought we had been “cleaning” and blowing out this vent seasonally but we didn’t trust that it was actually doing anything because we kept getting the error response. We also weren’t confident that the dryer vents were done correctly because of the other wannabe DIY projects in our (new to us) house.

We ended up needing to get the whole dryer ventilation system redone and replaced.

They were able to get out to us in a timely manner. They caused a very little damage to the walls considering they had to replace everything. As you can see in the photos, our system was completely full of lint and done so poorly that it was a huge fire hazard, to say the least.

The work that they did was solid, up to code, and reasonably priced considering the task. They were clean while working around our personal items and they stayed all day until it was done.

Our dryer is not reporting any error codes anymore. It’s running better than ever. Thank you for helping to fix this problem and preventing something terrible happening to our family.

Airduct Clean came out today to our condo. Chris and Lee were professional, congenial, and kept us informed of every step they were performing. Thorough! Thorough! Thorough!! They shared all the before and after pictures which were a big help to us understanding all that was being done. We bought this condo in ‘16, and always new we needed this cleaning done. But the biggest mind blower was them cleaning out the dryer vent! We were stunned with how much lint was built up!! The video clearly illustrates how bad it was! Airduct Clean, Ellsworth Rd. did a great job cleaning the whole house air ducts. Our gas dryer was not working. It took 2 hours to dry one load. We called Sears Service first. The technician informed us that the problem was not the dryer but the dryer vent.
The service provided was A+.
