Great customer service and pricing. Needed to get an apartment carpet washed and ready for new tenants. I called and they were able to come within 2 days, even with the holidays in the way.

There was a bad odor coming from the living room carpet and they were able to get it out.

Excellent service, and exceptional job at cleaning!! Very professional!! Bernie took his time and did the job properly. Just closed on my house, so I had him clean the carpets from top to bottom(including finished basement). He got out ALL the stains, and the carpet looks new! I've had my carpet cleaned probably seven times in the last year by several different carpet cleaners because it would just not come clean. The spots and streaks would keep coming back every time. Finally, I gave ABRA Chem-Dry a call and they took time to work on spots and removed the streaks in the carpet as well. Plus the carpet was dry in just two hours, not two to four days as with the others. I was very impressed!

Business etiquette is poor. After reading other reviews showing up over 30 minutes late and not wearing shoe covers is not unusual. Carpet was cleaned. That's good after all that's what he was fired for.

Having small children my carpets looked pretty bad, but when Chem Dry was done they looked brand new. They do a very thorough job. Highly recommend
