Just had the maid place clean my home and the ladies were super nice and do exceptional work. I paid a little more than what I’ve paid in the past , but it was honestly worth it. I’ve been super conscious of my budget lately since I starting back working after a year following my previous companies layoff. With that in mind, I did appreciate the pricing communication so that I had an idea of what to expect for future booking.

We hired the Maid Place for a move-out clean when we sold our home in Carrollton, and we had a positive experience working with them. The team was easy to communicate with, timely, and professional. We requested a very deep clean and felt the price was reasonable for what all they did. Our home buyer requested a detailed invoice, and the Maid Place was very accommodating in providing that. My wife and I have had terrible experiences with cleaning services. We’ve tried many in the area and have been constantly unimpressed and simply disappointed. Many cleaning services rush through a job, show up late, or charge premium prices for mediocre service. The Maid Place was the exact opposite. The team showed up on time, cleaned our home extraordinarily well, and charged a fair and reasonable price. We are having my son’s first birthday party this weekend and hosting our family for Christmas, and we now feel comfortable having family and friends over the next few weeks. My wife couldn’t be happier with the final product. We paid for a deep clean and we got that and more. The team was also efficient and communicative. We felt like they were time conscious but never failed on quality. We will likely be using them on a monthly basis moving forward. Big thanks to Amanda and her team at The Maid Place. They are wonderful people who operate an ethical business.

Tidy maids of Frisco is amazing! I recently had knee surgery and am unable to clean. I reached out to tidy maids and they jaded someone out two days later. The cleaning job was immaculate! Every room in the house was cleaned with great attention to detail! I was absolutely overjoyed when I came home!!!

I would also like to speak to the honesty and integrity of tidy maids. Since I’ve been recovering, I dropped a credit card on the floor beside my bed. I didn’t even realized I’d dropped it. When I came home the credit card was sitting right on top of my night stand!

OUTSTANDING!! I called and left a VM at 9pm the night before our movers were scheduled (we found out the new place was not cleaned prior to us moving in). David not only called me back 30 min later, he worked so hard to get us all taken care of bright and early the next day and the house was SPARKLING, just in time for the movers to arrive at noon. Now to the cleaning... Martha's team was amazing!! As soon as they arrived, I was relieved and felt completely comfortable leaving them at the house to do their magic while I left and finished packing up our old home. They were so thorough and cleaned everything perfectly. I have never used professional cleaners before, but now I am planning to hire The Maid Place for a regular scheduled cleaning. Thank you so much for everything!! You guys rock.
