Kendall takes customer service to a higher level. He & his guys, Travis & David are not only great workers, but caring about your possessions. They take that extra step to make sure that you are happy.
Whether they are removing furniture, sucking the water out, setting up humidifiers & fans, removing walls to moving the furniture back in, these guys are the BEST!

PCC I am so thankful for your team. I got a call my business was flooding around 7:30. The team got there shortly after receiving the call & got started immediately. PCC sub-contracted You Move Me when we had a flood in our home summer of ‘23. You Move Me damaged numerous pieces of furniture, one of which is an expensive hutch that had scratches and two pieces of dome glass that apparently can’t be replaced. The amount offered by YMM for replacement of the hutch was far from the true value of the hutch. We understand that was part of the deal, but perhaps PCC should sub-contract a different moving company that is more careful with their customers’ goods. I have pictures for proof of damage and very poor packaging and moving practices. Also after numerous attempts to contact PCC for months, our calls for help have not been returned. We have been completely dropped and ignored by the PCC “project manager” and I would not recommend PCC or YMM to anyone.

Roger was terrific. He came to our house at 630 on a Friday to perform a moisture test for us instead of waiting until next week. Great service. Highly recommend PCC.
