Jeff did an incredible job on two of my cars. He told me he would do whatever he needed to do to make it perfect, and he did exactly that. Both cars look better than new. Excellent workmanship! My wife's Yukon was hit on the Fender/Bumper. We filed our claim through State Farm, sent photos in to them, received our estimate and took a copy to the shop. We scheduled the appointment to drop it off and Jeff & Debbie took care of everything from that point on. White glove service at its best! After disassembling the vehicle they found additional damage and filed a supplement with State Farm. They communicated everything to us and kept us well informed throughout the process. We picked up the truck today and WOW! it looks AMAZING. The paint is a 3-stage pearl and you cannot tell it was ever refinished. Kudos to their Painter, Outstanding work! If you're in need of ANY body work do NOT hesitate to take your vehicle here. Excellent service, they take pride in their work and it shows! Thanks again to their crew!

Jeff did an amazing job on my daughter's car. The repair was fast and absolutely perfect! The paint matching was also perfect. You can tell that he cares and does great work. I chose this organization because they were local. My car needed repairs due to an accident that I was not at fault for. They completed the repairs very quickly which Included front bumper, front driver side door replacement etc. When they guy came out to give me my car, he said here you go, let us know if there are any issues. To my untrained eye, I immediately noticed the door wasn't aligned with rest of car and when I opened and shut it, it didn't sound like the other doors. He assured me it was going to fix itself in time. Within the week, the door wasn't shutting properly unless I put extra force into it. He told me to bring it back and they would have it fixed in ten minutes with an adjustment. I waited about 40 and they gave it back to me again, "here you go, should be good to go now". Looking at it, I could see that wasn't the case. Why did I have to see with my untrained eye and being to his attention both times? Was he hoping I would just let it go? Did he just not care? Was he okay turning over a vehicle less then par? I've been calling since, they said Nissan sent them bad hinges and they have ordered. He said once they have, they will pay for a rental for me while they fix it. Weeks have gone by, no call from them. I follow up, they said part was delayed. Meanwhile, they got all parts and turned my car around within a week and a half the first time. I just called again and literally stated , "I'm very frustrated with lack of customer service...' and tried to explain why. However he interrupted by saying , "before you come at me with vengeance and anger...". Excuse me? I said I was frustrated.... He had nothing to say about my questions, only that I've been bitter since beginning. I told him the reason I have been is because both times he gave me my car back, me, untrained in auto body repair, could see the door issue and he was fine giving it back to me. I'm still waiting for parts to come in. I may update my review if anything changes. I will be sure not to use this company again and also let friends and family know that this guy is fine turning vehicles back to owner with issues, hoping we don't notice or say anything. Funny how fast they work when they are wanting check from insurance company. It may be fall before my car is fixed...

I could not say enough good things about this place. I hit a bolt on the road and was driving on my rim and just showed up un announced. I was hoping someone could help me and without question- one of the owners came out and put my donut on for me. This was 5 minutes before they closed. I feel so so grateful they helped me and made sure me and my 6 week old baby could make it home safely as we have to take the tunnel home all the way to Pasadena about 50 minutes away!! Thank you thank you

All around great experience. Debbie was sweet and a delight. She never made me feel like a burden whenever I called and always had a pleasant tone. From the first day, she made me feel good with my choice of repair shop. Jeff was also kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. You can tell he cares and takes pride in his craft. They did a wonderful job and my car looks beautiful! I recommend using them if you need any repairs.

After accidentally hitting a curb pulling into a parking spot, my front bumper was popped out on one side. I visited Bel Air Autobody without an appointment, expecting to just get an estimate and schedule a service date. Instead, Jeff was able to explain and fix the issue on the spot with only a minimal wait! Outstanding, friendly service - I'll be using Bel Air Autobody for future needs!
