I will 100% refer this company. I’ve had been without an oven for 2 weeks. Because I’ve called numerous locations and had lucked out a lot. Now I will admit, when I called first. I thought I dialed the wrong number because it was an 800 number. So I hung up thinking it was a mistake. I’m more surprised though to hear my phone ring, seconds after I hung up.

The owner of the company called me back. He received a missed called and made sure that it wasn’t a mistake call. The owner was able to schedule me within seconds. I got a text message with the technicians information. That’s not the best part, the tech himself, Carlos, had called me when he was 7 minutes away. Truly surprised because that’s not expected nor was it asked! But we have more good news.

When Carlos arrived, he shook my hand even though he didn’t have to. Walked in, stated working right away. After I had showed him what was going on. I think about 15 minutes, Carlos diagnosed the issue. Explained the issue, and gave me a total that was very fair priced. Carlos changed the igniter, but even showed how he knew it was truly the igniter.

Carlos, I personally want to thank you. You were upfront, honest, quick, and willing to just talk as if I was someone you’ve known for years. You have the best customer service attitude. I hope your boss sees this, sits with you. And more so show and read what I wrote about you. I hope everyone of your customers who you encounter feels the same way as I do. You sir are a true gentleman and a stand up worker! Keep up the hard work and keep your positive attitude.

We had a good experience with this company. Carlos was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and professional. It took a few visits to get the right part but he was able to fix our dishwasher. I would use this company again

My experience with this company is comical to me at this point.

I wrote a review quickly after my “service” appt but it was posted twice and when I tried to delete one, it deleted both.

I called on 3/6 and got an appointment between 1 and 5 on 3/7 to diagnose my freezer that had stopped cooling. At 4:15 on 3/7, I called again and they had to take all my info again as if they had lost it. Frank arrived at 5:15. He checked my freezer with an infrared thermometer and told me my freezer was fine and I wasn’t allowing enough time for my food to refreeze after putting it back in there. He refused to run any diagnostics on my compressor or anything else because he claimed it was working fine. Obviously it wasn’t. I emailed the company the next day to tell them I did not feel it was appropriate for them to cash my $85 service fee, as I did not get any service. Frank returned my email with a phone call stating he would not cash my check. They cashed it later that day, which prompted my original 1-star review and reporting them to BBB for running scams. Frank called again and left a voicemail stating they cashed my check accidentally and a reimbursement check was already in the mail. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received the promised check (big surprise).

I strongly believe this company is running scams and would recommend searching elsewhere for appliance repair experts.

Frank came out said I need a new Compressor for my refrigerator. I I got the compressor from LG he installed it. It worked for about a week. I paid $900 For the service. Is stopped working in about a week. He came back out after another week. He said I needed a new information board for my Refrigerator. He installed that in about 20 minutes, it worked on and off for about three weeks. Came back out when it wasn’t working again he said it needed a motherboard. But I needed to call LG to get that to have them check, LG wanted to charge me $500 Just to come out. I called beyond back talked to Jessica, She said that’s not what Frank told her that she was going to contact Frank. The company or Frank never called me back just terrible service!

tech went to wrong address first. I had a leaky dishwasher. Without removing the front cover or connecting any equipment. he said every mechanical piece was brocken. he ran it for a minute, it didnt leak.

just wanted to up sale usless juck that wasnt brocken

Listen to the negative reviews... the tech came out, broke our water line and flooded our laundry room. My husband had to run out to Home Depot to get the necessary parts and they still had the audacity to try to charge us full price. Mistakes happen but the way you handle them speaks to the values of your company. This company never apologized nor acknowledged our terrible experience. If you want to waste time and money repairing your appliance you're better off doing it yourself than hiring them.

I hired them based on previous reviews. Frank, the owner, came out the following day. Very personable, professional and courteous. He explained the repair, fixed it in a timely manner, we paid and our receipt was sent immediately. Very impressed. Absolutely would use Frank again for all appliance repairs!
