If you like dealing with 2nd rate mechanics who refuse to admit improperly fixing your vehicle, after charging you $400 and then being treated like a child - then this is the mechanic for you. This coming from a former customer of 7-plus years.

Huge thanks to Dennis who saw me trying to put air in my tire with the coin operated machine and helped me! He let me pull up to the garage and did it for me. I feel very blessed and have to shout it from a mountain: THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!

Consistently high quality service. My family and I come here for all of our auto needs. Recently called here in the morning, and was seen day of for an oil change and inspection. Able to complete NYS verified inspections.

I was recommended to come to preferred to have my oil changed in my 2017 Volkswagen Passat. Now 8 months later I’m going to get my oil changed again and I have to replace my whole oil pan, because the smart mechanic Decided to use an air gun to tighten the drain plug. Now I just had to come out of pocket over $1500 to change my oil. I would never recommend anyone going here unless your willing to spend even more money next time you need work done to you car. If I could I’d give 0 stars. DONT GO HERE!!!

I was a five year customer of this shop. I used to go for basic things like oil changes and inspections to this shop. Last week i went in and tired to get an inspection. I had a broken head light. The owner attempted to up charge me 20 dollars to put some clear tape on the light so that it would pass inspection. I went to the store next door and bought a roll of tape for two dollars and fixed it my self. Ten min later I went back for the inspection. The mechanic did an oil change and an inspection. Thirty min later the mechanic came out and told me my car fail inspection because my rear tire was no up to code. He tried to up sell me new tire for 140 dollars. I was charged 37 dollars, because they have a pass or fail policy. I went to another shop up the road and i passed The Inspection with no problems. I feel like this shop is very shady. I think the kid failed me because I didnt pay them 20 dollars to fix my head light. Anyway, I will no longer go to this shady shop. They lost a five year customer because they are greedy. I will tell this story to all my friends and co-workers for as long as i am in Staten Island. If you are reading this please find another place to do business.

Worst Auto Shop I've ever been. Bring my car for inspection Shop owner Check everything very carefully so he can fail the inspection and get some money from you. Finally he found one thing he can fail my inspection, Wipers! Told me you can go buy a $15 wiper and bring your car back for another inspection ($10) so why not buy one from them ($24). First said my Seat belt isn't working then my Wipers Unbelievable! My dash cam caught everything he said. At the same time, there's another car he failed because of same problem. I should read google review before I even consider this WORST AUTO SHOP.
Just found out the ANCO wiper they sold me cost only $2.51 instead of $24. I had it film. Planning on file a complain.

I would NOT recommend no one to this shop!!
I had my car serviced before i went to this shop for a inspection !! Explain to guy i fixed everything to pass inspection and he failed me because i needed the car to drive 10 more.miles for everything to read smh for 37 dollars he failed me smh told me he didnt take credit card when he had a credit card machine thats shows u what your dealing with!! Told me also my back brakes where bad when i literally fixed them 2 hours ago !! Dont trust this guy he is a crook
